  1. Installed the new trailer logo decal yesterday on the front and rear. If anyone wants to know what one might cost, my local sign charged my $55.00 including tax for one 22" and two 6" decals, they also did the art work, I provided a drawing of what I wanted. trainman

  2. Yes, we did a panic switch for the port and starboard lights. You'll just have to replace both switches by the door with 3-ways, then run the wires down the gutter in the back of the overheads to wherever you want the panic switch to be. Ours is on the underside of the curbside uppers so that it's easily reached by whomever is lying in bed.

  3. I installed the LED awing lights the other day, I used the aluminum holders that are sold on Amazon along with a LED Kit they sell. I put it all up with double sticky tape and no drilling was used, since the lights are mounted to the awning part that extends out when opening, I will just plug in the light controller and 12v converter and Velcro them to the awning arms when I use the lights, as there is no room on the arms to permanently affix them when arms close and fold up. At this time I do not want to drill any holes in the trailer for running wires, maybe at a later date I will do that, but see no reason at this time. The aluminum holders are done very nice and have a plastic light cover that gives the lights when lit a mat look, comes with all the trim ends and mounting hardware, no double sticky tape is included. You do get enough aluminum strips to do two awnings, so you have extra to do something else if wanted. Install time was around two hours, most of that time was thinking about what I was going to do and how. trainman

  4. There are a number of past threads. Put “ladder” in the search window. I don't recall anyone discussing a ladder that includes a cover. I suggest one of the wonderful Werner articulated ladders if you don’t need to put it in the closet. The MT-13 is fine for an Ollie but too short for all around home use. Look for sales at the box stores. John Davies Spokane WA

  5. I use this on the road and while at home to do stuff up top. We carry it in the bed of the truck. I cut a pool noodle to fit the top couple of feet of the ladder where it rests against the trailer. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XTBXTXG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

  7. Well, I'll go out on my own here, not speaking for the mod team. Back in the day, (over ten years ago) when we created Classifieds, it was intended to share and sell ancillary stuff. Not necessarily trailers. But, that's evolved as there are more used Olivers on the market, because there are more Olivers on the road. A lot more. Over 10 times more... The forum was created for fellowship, exchanging ideas, problem solving and, yes, just plain fun. In my opinion, it's not too much to ask people to take thirty second or a minute to register and be able to read the Classifieds. Registration won't stop spam, though we do our best to watch out for it. But, maybe it will encourage more second owners to stay involved, and join in once they own an Oliver, since they're already a member. Again, I am speaking on my own. No majority opinion here. Let's see how it all works out. Sherry

  8. Hi Sherry, Steve, and Pete. Good to hear from members of the"Original 47." Time flew by and now both granddaughters have graduated from high school. They wanted to go camping before they leave for college. Such wonderful memories camping with the grandkids and Revilo. I am most fortunate to "still" camp in the driveway. Everytime I go outside to leave in my truck to go wherever I am going, I pass by Revilo. I am always going inside and enjoying sitting there. It brings me such joy to pretend to be camping, and dreaming of the next opportunity to take Revilo out for an adventure. How much fun it would be if we could all be at the same camping grounds at the same time. I am glad others now have the opportunity to enjoy the Oliver experience. More importantly, I am glad that others are just going camping and enjoying life. I have told the grandkids forever that I hope they enjoy the journey of life and don't rush to get to the final destination. I wish the same to all. Wonderful to hear from yall.
