This is one of the main reasons we sell direct. The constant feedback from our owners keeps us on our toes and we continue to improve how our trailers are built. Manufacturers that sell through dealerships have less (or barely any) communication with the actual owners that buy their RVs. Dealerships don't always have the intentions and care of the manufacturer either. They can be misleading or not prioritize customer service like we do. I have been with the company since 2013. I can honestly say that there are a lot of features and components on our units that came directly from our owners experiences. Some did their own modifications. Some made suggestions. The user feedback is important to us. In the end, our goal is to build the best camper we can make, back it up with great customer service and want owners to be safe and enjoy their experiences in them. You are purchasing a premium product... we know it is more expensive than some trailers. You deserve a premium trailer and a company that cares about it. We are not always perfect, we are human, but we will do our best to make it right when problems occur. We want to thank everyone for the comments and belief in us!

We were having trouble with the little flow management fins in the furnace ducts rotating themselves closed, so I decided to fix them in place in the open position. In the process, I inadvertently popped the cover off (figured it was fixed into the ring, it's not) and was able to simply remove the flow reducers (they just pop out). Popped the directional louver covers back in place so we can still channel the airflow direction and keep things out of the ducts. An unexpected (but in hindsight, obvious) benefit is that the airflow is less restricted which makes the furnace MUCH quieter and the trailer warms up more quickly. We couldn't think of any situation where we'd want the vents closed anyway.

Has anyone done simple things while camping? Then say that works pretty well. My wife and I were camping in Port Canaveral the weather turned bad, rain and wind. So morning coffee was inside. While watching the news at the dinette, I took the wrong side so I couldn’t see the TV. So I opened the bathroom door about an inch. I got a perfect view of the Tv in the mirror It worked good, we both were able to watch the morning news. Except for any captions, they were backwards. The little things that make it fun.

I'd agree with john Davies. Test your generators individually, and paired, before you look elsewhere. Try a neutral ground plug on one generator, without coupling. Then see what happens. We don't have the EMS, but we do use a neutral ground plug.

Test the generators individually, and connected, by adding a load that is NOT your trailer, for example an electric heater or an old style 500 watt shop light. That will tell you if it is the trailer at fault, or one of the generators. This is how I load down, test and warm up my generator before I change the oil, it works very well. I have never used a paired set so I have no specific comments on that part of the situation. Good luck. John Davies' Spokane WA

The Christmas F150 television commercial shows a truck with its bed stuffed with wrapped presents. The wife and I survived one cold rainy day in a state park where we stayed inside all day, that was a good test for being comfortable in a small space. trainman

One thing we found is that the adding a Lagun table with a foldable top transformed our twin bed area into a great multipurpose area. Having both the dinette and the ‘lounge’ is awesome - we never felt cramped in our Ollie but now it feels downright spacious. Swapping out our mattresses for cushions made a difference too.
