We had the older Anderson hitch and had some noise from the sleeve. Spoke to Anderson and they sent me a new ball and sleeve at no charge. Not a single problem with the new hitch plus great service from Anderson. Mike

We were just told that the bike rack is being remodeled and would not be available for several months. Thanks Jason for the update.
