My 2017 LE2 door looks identical!  I do not think wind had anything to do with it, but maybe sun exposure.  It has puzzled me for several years and I haven’t really figured out how to fix it.  The skin does pull the styrofoam apart, so I’m not sure if replacing the skin is the answer.  I am leaning towards applying something to the existing skin, just haven’t figured out what.

Please tell me that those valve stems don't have Mickey Mouse ears on them! 😂

When I was 11, Mickey Mouse was in second place, right behind Bonanza!  And Captain Kangaroo was in last place.😎

Hey, Mossey - where are the playing cards attached to the forks with wooden clothes pins?  HA!

My dad and his poker buddy’s guarded those cards and chips better than the whiskey and the clothes pins where in use on my rubber band gun!

What  AWG is your break point between Wago's and Crimp to posts?

I find WAGO Lever Nuts are extremely useful when testing or troubleshooting circuits and combining different AWG sizes.  So to answer your question, I use the 221-4xx series up to 12 AWG and the 221-6xx series up to 10 AWG.  I also use tape on the levers just like I do on wire nuts.

I am cranking up the front of the trailer and the opposite side, and it is a time-consuming process.

I often take the outside shower head off of the hose and pump it out.  Something else to try is opening the fresh water drain valve on your way home from a camping trip.  Although I would much rather water my property than the road.

This is entirely another and separate issue.  These sensors will generally get you "in the ballpark", but, if you really want to know if you are on third base or over in right field you are probably not going to be happy with your readings.😢

You mean it is like the gas gauge in my truck, not the digital information?

What did you use to enlarge the hole for the hatch?

Sorry I didn’t answer that question the first time you asked it.  I used a multi tool to trim the top and bottom.  My original cutout was wide enough, but not tall enough.

    Good luck on your project!

The one you posted and this one however don't show the inline pressure regulators and backflow valves which I really think they should.

The back flow or check valves are on the tank fill and city water inlets.  They are under the floor of the basement/storage area in my 2017 LE2, in the area your diagram shows.

Please keep us updated on your success or failure in troubleshooting your water flow issue.

There is another thread “Upgraded shower and bathroom access hatch” but I am starting this thread to address the access hatch only. The other thread primarily addresses the shower valve modifications and some questions about the marine hatch modification are going unanswered.

Moderators remove or add to this thread if you need to. Or direct me to another thread with more information about this modification.

@mossemi  @MAX Burner @NCeagle @Going and others that have made the modification:

    1. has anyone installed the hatch opening to the right?

    2. I see that Mike relocated his water pump switch and light to the upper left front on the vanity. What have others done?

    3. Has anyone found a lighted switch to use for the water pump switch?  I used the  original separate LED.

    4. Did you bed the frame with butyl?  Yes I did.

    5. Can the door be easily removed from the frame?  According to my product description, the door can be removed, but I was afraid I would break it, so I never tried it.

    6. Did anyone use something other than the 23.9x13.9 SEAFLO marine hatch?

    7. Mike mentions using a hole saw in reverse to cut the radiused corners (@mossemiis this correct ?) What did you use to cut the straight lines?  I didn’t use a hole saw for the radiuses on the door.  I did use the hole saws in reverse for the shower and diverter controls.

Have you thought about Frank C's  vanity mod?

I think that judging the water flow by eye is very subjective.  To accurately compare the bath and kitchen water flow you need a bucket and a timer.  Start with each faucet and run hot and cold water separately into the bucket for 15 seconds, if the bucket is large enough.  Then measure the accumulated water and compare the hot and cold water in each bucket.  Are both the hot and cold water flows nearly the same?
The next steps will require removing each component and testing against the baseline measurements.  If you are happy with the water flow at the kitchen sink, move onto the bathroom.
Note 1: There may be restrictive aerators in each faucet.  For example, we have a .75 gallon aerator in the bath faucet but there is a 1.5 gallon aerator in the separate shower head.  Our OEM kitchen faucet aerator can’t be changed.
Note 2:  The black fitting behind the toilet is a filter, not a pressure regulator.

Now that we know that the coupler was basically misused (not user error) and repeatedly overloaded by almost 2000 pounds, I’m sure that the Bulldog folks will not provide any sort of warranty replacement.

Dang it!  There goes my chance at a almost free 2-5/16" Bulldog upgrade.

I cannot stand the Anderson hitch hookup and screw the OTT setup video. What a total POS!!!

I love my Andersen WDH!  Both of the TV's I have pulled our Oliver with required it.  If I have to use it, I may as well embrace it.

I can usually connect at least one of the chains and if I can't connect the other side, I just pull out of my campsite and turn away from the connected chain, letting the truck pull the whale tail around.  If I can't connect either chain, I will connect the ball and coupler and raise the back of the truck up until I can connect one or both chains.  If that makes you uncomfortable, while the TV and Oliver are connected and ready to hit the road, back up the TV onto whatever leveling equipment you have, which will raise the ball and coupling up, making the distance the chains and the TV shorter.

Pick your battles!  Or just keep beating on it with a sledge and eventually, one of you will submit.😉

You should contact BD and discuss. I suspect they will replace yours and want yours back for analysis.

    @rideadeuce

If Bulldog does in fact send a replacement coupler, be sure to request the 2-5/16" coupler.  Ask them to ship it to my house and I’ll buy you the beverage of your choice!😎

My 2 inch Bulldog hitch has a 3/16 thick gusset welded at an angle just behind the coupler and just in front of the tongue.

I also have the gusset on my 2" Bulldog coupler, which is OEM installed on a 2017 LE2 hull #193.

Would you post a picture of the gusset on your coupler.  We should all be on the same page concerning this equipment failure.

I am sure y'all have noticed discussions about the annual Oliver Travel Trailer Owners rally.  It will be held at Lake Guntersville State Park in Alabama, May 15 to 19, 2024.  If would like to see over 100 OTT's in one place, consider this an invitation.  And the icing on the cake would be combining a factory visit with the rally.

Thanks!  I re-read my post and it could use some editorial corrections!  We can't take credit for the bike rack mount.  It was put on by the previous owner to solve the issue of needing a 2" receiver.  It's certainly stable as it's well bolted!  I can add pictures of that if you would like.  I believe it had it custom fabricated and painted or powder coated.  We added O-ring screws at the corners to allow us to tie down gas cans when we carry them.

Bike racks and Ollie's have been a very popular topic over the years and I don't remember ever seeing your's.  Please add pictures if you could and perhaps you could start a new topic so your Starlink post does not get cluttered with off topic questions.
