Hey kids, I just ordered an LE 2 for delivery in mid October.  Sold my leak-ridden Airstream to a welder who will either make a hunt camp or a meth lab out of it.  Happiest day of my life (recently) was when that piece of junk rolled out of the driveway.  I was wondering, since I want to install a TPMS, if the Olivers come with metal valve stems?

Hull #389.

Options:  Stowage basket, propane connects.

Tow Vehicle: 2007 Ford F250 V-10, 4WD, Crew Cab, Long Bed.  Stock.

Recovering Airstream Owner (The Silver Sieve)...it was a rolling apocalypse.  Fridge was quirky and ruined food (famine).  Had weird electrical problems, circuits with breakers thrown still carried some current (possible fire).  Leaked (flood).  Mildew from leak gave me cold-like symptoms (pestilence).

Mingy,

I don't have the answer to your question, as our trailer is ten years old, and many things have upgraded and changed. You might want to direct that question to your sales rep.

But, I'd like to give you a warm welcome to the forum!

OK, I'll give them a call.  I don't think they've laid the hull yet anyway, something like that would be an easy switch before the tires are mounted.

They buy the tires and wheels already mated together. They come in on pallets.  Like Mike, I had metal stems mounted whenever I installed our TST TPMS. What brand system did you choose?

Haven't decided yet but I am leaning toward the brand that Mr Davies in Spokane uses.  Slips what's left of my mind right now but I have pulled it up on Amazon I think.

I have until October anyway.  Still need to get my hull number......been a busy summer.

Tire Traker.  That's the brand.
