Why do I get this email (You just logged in from a device we haven't seen you use before.) every single time I log in on the exact same device?! Is there a way to change that notification?

Can you give us a few more details as to what device you are using, do you allow/disallow cookies on your device(s), what are you using for a browser?

Thanks!

I'm going to alert a person who is way higher than my pay grade as to this issue - Jason Walmsley.

Jason is a pretty busy fellow - so - it might take him several days to get on this.

FWIW, I get the same message every time I log in after rebooting my desktop PC.  I thought it was a Windows quirk, as I also get similar messages from Google after logging in following  a reboot.  Could be a setting on my computer I don't know how to adjust?

We've had this issue before. Usually with Apple devices. @Rivernerd, are you using a vpn?

Does this happen if you use the "stay logged in" choice?

This can happen sometimes - if an IP address changes, for example you move around a lot or on cell vs wifi - many reasons.

It also happens to me and it's most likely nothing to be concerned about.

I have a slightly different issue.

I can log onto the Oliver web site using my main computer as well as my laptop.

When I try to log on with my Samsung Galaxy S-10e antroid phone I get the following error message:

"Something went wrong. Please try again"

I have tried a number of times and continue to get this message.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue would be appreciated?

Interesting,  as my husband has an s10e, and I can log on without issues from his phone.

Which service do you use? He's on tmobile.
