Mini Kei Van delivering stuff in my neighborhood…. WEIRD tire tracks and foot prints.

I went out this morning to scrape off a dusting of new snow…… what did I find?

Hmmmm. Not your normal vehicle, skinny tires, narrow track, and the driver goes in at out over the right front tire.

Sure enough, there was a package on the porch.

I think it is insufficient to pull Ollie.  LOL

PS:  Great safety idea of tennis balls on your marker poles.

PSS:  Equally off-topic, we're having a rough winter here in Hawaii as well.

Thanks, I remember VIVIDLY an old black and white TV safety commercial circa 1960, a little girl is cutting out paper dolls, seen from her own viewpoint, she gets up with her pointy scissors and runs to greet daddy, and falls. The screen goes black. Very haunting,  that is why I think, what if somebody tripped onto that pole. But the bottom line it is so I can see the poles more easily when backing into the garage and when running the snow thrower in poor visibility…. which is why they have stripes painted on them.

My experience was on a construction site.  Contractor had failed to follow OSHA requirements and one of his guys was skewered.  OSHA fine was significant.

People don't get hurt (as badly) with fiberglass poles.

We made sure every metal pile/rod had a plastic cap, every day, building our home.

At our camping property,  we use pvc poles, to line the driveway bad parts.

The Japanese vehicle jet linked is actually pretty cool.

There a little dealer in the next town that imports and sells those little Japanese trucks. They are very cute, and I imagine they get good mileage. Apparently, some states are outlawing them for road use now, though. (Vermont, I think.)
