Whether you own an Oliver Travel Trailer or are an enthusiastic follower, you can now earn Reward Dollars through our tiered loyalty Rewards Program for your experiences and activities that help spread the word about the Oliver brand!

What is the Oliver Rewards Program?

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new ambassador loyalty Rewards Program. The Oliver Rewards Program will allow owners of Oliver Travel Trailers and non-owners to earn Rewards Dollars by completing different activities (not just when a prospect purchases) and your rewards will be loaded on a re-loadable Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card. This new Rewards Program will replace our current Field Visit Program beginning January 1, 2023. All Field Visits completed and deliveries finalized beginning January 1, 2023 will be rewarded through our new Rewards Program. See the Oliver Rewards Program Terms & Conditions.

TIERS & PERKS

The more activities you complete will make you eligible to move through the tiers and earn Reward Dollars. At the end of each calendar year, we will send you gifts for being a member of the tier you earned. Once you become a member of a tier, you will earn Reward Dollars at the same tier the following year.

OLIVER REWARDS
Mastercard® DEBIT CARD

After you sign up for the Oliver Rewards Program and you complete any of the Rewards Program Activities, you will receive a re-loadable Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card in the mail. After completing activities and submitting the completion form, we will verify the activity and load Reward Dollars onto your Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card.

TIER LEVEL REQUIREMENTS & PERKS

Your Tier Level is based on the accumulated Reward Dollars for the calendar year. As you earn Reward Dollars throughout the year, you will immediately be moved when you reach the requirements of each specific Tier. The following year, you will earn Reward Dollars at the same Tier Level and must meet the same requirements to stay in the tier the year after. After the beginning of the calendar year, you will receive Tier Perks gifts for the prior year as a special thank you for your efforts to help grow our community of owners.

Tier Perk gift items depend on availability. Some items might be replaced with similar like items if necessary.

Once you have completed activities, you will be moved to one of the following tiers. Some exceptions apply.

All participants who signup will begin in the Copper Tier. The only requirement for the Copper Tier is to signup. Once you have completed activities, you will be moved to one of the following tiers.

Example HOW TIER LEVELS WORK

  • You earn 500 Reward Dollars in on July 1, 2023 and you are immediately moved to the Gold Tier status and finish the calendar year in the Gold Tier.
  • You will start 2024 as a Gold Tier member and have the opportunity to move up to Platinum if you meet the requirements during 2024.
  • You must earn 500 Reward Dollars (Gold Tier requirement) again during the 2024 calendar year to begin 2025 as a Gold Tier Member.
  • If you only earn 300 Reward Dollars in 2024, you will begin 2025 as a Silver Tier Member.
  • By July of 2025, you have earned 500 Reward Dollars for the year. You would then get moved up to the Gold Tier status and all activities completed for the remainder of the year would earn Reward Dollars at the Gold Tier rate.
  • You would be in the Gold Tier at the beginning of 2026

We want to reward your efforts to help us grow a great community of Oliver owners. Based on the amount of activities you complete in a calendar year, you will be placed in a tier that allow you to earn Reward Dollars for completing activities. Show Your Oliver to Prospective Buyers (Field Visit)

Each time you show your trailer, we will load Reward Dollars on your Oliver Mastercard® Debit Card.

Requirements to Earn Reward Dollars

You must own an Oliver Travel Trailer
The Field Visit must be scheduled by an Oliver representative
Owners are required to submit a web form after completion.
The completion of the Field Visit must be confirm with both parties.

Reward Dollars are loaded on your Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card within approximately 30 days after showing your trailer to a prospective buyer.

Prospects Purchases A New Oliver Travel Trailer After Field Visit or Referral

If a prospect purchases a new Oliver Travel Trailer after showing your Oliver Travel Trailer to the prospect or if they purchase after referring them to us, you will get Reward Dollars loaded on your Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card for the prospect purchasing.

Requirements to Earn Reward Dollars

You must own an Oliver Travel Trailer
The completion of the Field Visit must be confirm with both parties or they are a Qualified Referral.
The Prospect must purchase a new Oliver Travel Trailer.

Refer A Qualified Friend or Family Member That Purchases A New Oliver Travel Trailer

If you know someone interested in purchasing a travel trailer, refer them to us. Our sales team will take it from there. If they purchase an Oliver Travel Trailer, you will get Reward Dollars for the prospect purchasing plus an extra $250 Reward Dollars loaded on your Oliver Mastercard® Debit Card for helping find a new owner.

Requirements to Earn Reward Dollars

Oliver Trailer owners and non-owners can refer a qualified friend or family member that purchases a new Oliver Travel Trailer
The prospect must not have contacted Oliver prior to qualify.
The Prospect must purchase a new Oliver Travel Trailer.

OLIVER REWARDS PROGRAM FAQs

How is the new Oliver Rewards Program different from the previous Field Visit Program
Effective January 1, 2023, the Field Visit Program will be replaced by the new Oliver Rewards Program. The previous Field Visit Program allowed owners to show their travel trailer to a prospective buyer and required the prospective buyer to purchase a new Oliver Travel Trailer to earn a referral fee. The referral fees check was previously mailed after the prospect's delivery of their new Oliver Travel Trailer. Under the new Oliver Rewards Program, owners can earn Reward Dollars by completing several different activities, including just for showing their travel trailer to a prospect. We understand the time and effort it takes to show a trailer to a prospect regardless if the purchase or not. We want to reward you for that. Also, instead of sending you a check after a prospect's delivery, we will load Reward Dollars on your Oliver Rewards Mastercard® for completed activities.
Do you have to own an Oliver Travel Trailer to join and earn Reward Dollars?

The Oliver Travel Trailer Rewards Program is open to owners and non-owners. Certain activities require you to be an owner to be eligible to earn Reward Dollars. See Activities for details.

Is there a cost to be a member of the Rewards Program?
There are no upfront costs required to signup for the Rewards Program. However, we will deduct $20 annually for members that complete at least one activity during the calendar year. We will deduct the fee from the first Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card load of the year. For example: If you are a Bronze Tier member and you show your Oliver Travel Trailer to a prospect on January 1, 2023, we will load $30 on your Rewards Mastercard® after activity is verified instead of the normal $50. All activities completed after will be rewarded at their full reward amount. If you do not complete any activities during the year, you will not be charged.
Are the Reward Dollar earnings consider taxable income?
Reward Dollars earned by completing activities are considered taxable income according to the IRS. If you earn $600 or more during the course of a calendar year, we are required by law to issue you a 1099 form so that you can report your earnings to the IRS.
Are the Reward Dollar earnings consider taxable income?
Rewards Program accounts and Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Cards are issued to only the person that signed up for the account. If you and your spouse/partner wish to have separate Rewards Accounts and Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Cards, you may both apply separately. You may complete activities as a couple, but all Rewards will be issued to the individual account holder.
Why is there an indemnification provision in the Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Program? Does Oliver carry insurance?
Oliver carries and maintains reasonable and appropriate policies of insurance providing coverage for its business operations. Oliver encourages owners that allow prospective customers to enter their property to discuss any concerns with their own insurance carriers and agents, and Oliver expects all participants to act reasonably and responsibly. Oliver does expect Reward Program participants to offer limited indemnification to Oliver in the event that a Rewards Program participant acts in violation of applicable law or the terms and conditions of the Rewards Program.
Do you require prospective buyers to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement when requesting to see an owner's Oliver Travel Trailer?
Yes. First, we qualify the prospect to better understand their desire to see a trailer in person. After the prospect has been qualified, we then require them to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement before we help coordinate the Field Visit.

When will I receive my Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card?
Once you sign up for the Oliver Rewards Program, you must complete one activity before the Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card is issued. Once you complete your first activity, please allow up to four weeks to receive your Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card.
How do you activate the Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card once you receive it?
To activate your Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card,  call 1-866-326-8689.
Can I get cash out of an ATM with my Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card?
Yes. The Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card can be used at an ATM to get cash if you choose to setup a PIN during activation. ATM withdrawal fees may apply. See the card carrier that shipped with your card for details on card fees and transaction limits.
How can I check the balance on my Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card?

Are there fees and transaction limits associated with Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card?

How do I replace my Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card if I lose it or if stolen?

You can replace a lost or stolen Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card by calling us at 1-888-526-3978. Fees may apply.

Who administers the Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card?

OLIVER REWARDS TIER FAQs

If I earn enough points prior to the end of the year, when will I move up to the next Tier?
Once you have earned enough points to meet the requirement to starting earning rewards at a higher tier, you will be move immediately during the year. You will receive Reward Dollars at the new tier level for all Reward Activities completed after earning the higher tier.
What determines which tier level I will begin the year in?
You will begin a new calendar year at the tier level you ended in the previous year and will be eligible to earn Reward Dollars in that tier all year. You must earn the required Rewards Dollars during that year to remain in the tier the following year. If you do not earn the required Reward Dollars by completing activities during the year, you will be moved to the lower tier where you meet the requirements. 
When will I receive my Tier Perks?
Tier perks will be ordered after January 1st each year for the previous year's earnings. Please allow up to 6 weeks to receive them. If supply chain issue delay delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible.
How will I receive my Boondockers Welcome® or Harvest Host® Membership?

At the beginning of the new year, you will receive a redeemable gift code by email. You can go here to redeem your membership.

How will I notify Oliver if I completed an activity?
Once you have completed an activity, you must notify Oliver by visiting https://olivertraveltrailers.com/rewards-program/submit-activity/ and fill out the form to notify us.
How soon will I receive Reward Dollars on my Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card after completing an activity?

We will load all debit cards at the beginning of the month with an accumulated total of all Reward Dollars earned during the prior month. Depending on the time of the month, it could take up to approximately 30 days from completion of the Activity to load your card. The reward Activity date may in some circumstances differ from the date Rewards for that Activity are earned.
