Thought this video might be helpful regarding the cupboard. My video skills are very much a work-in-progress.
In the video I purchased a total of 9 Snapware storage containers.
Three are the 17 cup size: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004173R76/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Six are the 23 cup size:
A rug pad for hard wood floors in the 2’ X 4’ size should serve you well:
(I adding the info above to the “Show More” section of the YouTube video as well to help those who may not yet be members of our Forum.)

Well done Buzzy and I’ve been looking forward to the “inside Ollie” series. Great idea with the air tight containers. If I may suggest that you place information regarding any purchased items as part of the Youtube ‘show more’ drop down caption below the description. That way, as your channel grows, by leaps and bounds I’m sure, then we can quickly reference which items and from which retailer they were purchased. Thanks!

Buzzy, thanks for this video! You are a little more organized than we are. We keep heavy things on the bottom (box/bottle wine for example) and lighter things on the two shelves above. We do have some bigger plastic containers on the upper two shelves for organization. The white board is a good idea for keeping track of things that are needed. I’ll bet there are others with more good ideas! Mike

Well done, thank you. I would like to see similar videos that show each of your systems in detail – solar, galley, sewage, under-floor areas, etc.
I think that Oliver owners get used to their trailers after a while and they don’t find them to quite so exotic as when they were brand new. To someone like me who has only seen one in person for perhaps 15 minutes, they remain interesting, enticing and more than a little wonderful. I can’t wait to see more of the inside of your Ollie. Please continue.

Thank you for the idea to add info to the “Show More” section on the YouTube video. I added the info to both the thread above and YouTube.
Laps, Mike, Carol and John,
I am pleased you enjoyed my first attempt at discussing Ollie. I will plan to produce more. As future videos are posted, you may notice each will fall into one of three categories (Annoyance Avoidance, Great Joy, and Enhanced Understanding). The Cupboard addresses a topic which could become an annoyance if thought and effort were not applied. For me, forgetting to restock a frequently used supply or having ants in the trailer are annoying. For some of us, those topics need to be addressed, but they do not necessarily bring you great joy.
In Episode 2, I will cover a topic which turned out to be an “Ah Ha” moment and one which gives me great joy!
