Update from Oliver Travel Trailers

First and foremost, on behalf of the Oliver family and employees, we hope you and your family are safe and healthy.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event, and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain COVID-19.

Status of Oliver Companies

Leadership at Oliver Companies has spent the last several weeks learning about COVID-19 and how it is impacting the world, our country, states, communities, customers, suppliers, our employees, and our operations. Despite the prevalence of the virus, Oliver Companies are currently fully operational including Oliver Travel Trailers, Oliver Technologies (manufactured housing foundation products division), and Oliver Fiberglass Products (manufacturing division of Safe Step Walk-In Tubs & Showers).

The diversification of Oliver Companies over the years has allowed us to prepare for the economic events we are currently facing. The economic impact of COVID-19 will likely have a negative effect on all of our companies; however, Oliver Companies are in a strong financial position to sustain the challenges ahead. We are taking the necessary steps to operate safely and efficiently so we can continue offering great products and first-class services to our customers.

Employee and Customer Safety

To ensure that Oliver Companies does its part in helping mitigate the spread of COVID-19, Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and recommendations have been implemented at all of our facilities. Emphasis is specifically being placed on staying home if you are not feeling well, maintaining personal space, extra cleaning and sanitation of all work areas, hand washing, and allowing as many team members to work remotely as possible. Our manufacturing facilities are temporarily closed to individuals that are not Oliver employees. The sales and service offices are currently still open to customers. We respectfully ask that all of our customers follow the CDC guidelines as well.

Purchasing and DeliverY

Owning an RV or travel trailer is a great way to still enjoy travel while allowing isolation from large groups and staying in your own “personal” space. Oliver Travel Trailers are constructed mostly of fiberglass surfaces that allows for easy cleaning and sanitization. We are currently booking production spots with summer delivery and there are a very limited number of inventory units available for immediate purchase and delivery.

Many customers have scheduled delivery of their new Oliver Travel Trailer in the coming weeks and months. All units are being thoroughly sanitized and cushions/mattresses will be left wrapped in plastic until you arrive. If you have concerns about traveling to Hohenwald, TN at this time, we will be happy to reschedule your delivery date. If you would rather have your trailer delivered to your home, there is a delivery company used by many of our customers that will provide that service.

Service

The Oliver Travel Trailer Service Department is now located at 299 Industrial Ave, Hohenwald, TN and is fully operational. If you have a scheduled appointment and are concerned about bringing your travel trailer to Hohenwald, TN, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. 2020 Owner’s Rally Postponed

Due to the COVID-19 concerns, the annual Oliver Travel Trailer Owner's Rally has been postponed. The reschedule date is set for September 24-27, 2020 at Lake Guntersville State Park in Alabama. If you have registered or made reservations for the May rally and have yet to indicate if you would like to update the status of your registration and campground reservations, we have made it easy for you to do on our website. 

We recognize that these are unsettling times. Oliver Companies is committed to the continued support of our existing and new customers. We are all in this together and together we will prevail. God Bless and be safe.
