2019 Oliver Owner's Rally

We are happy to announce that the 2019 Oliver Owners Rally will be hosted at Lake Guntersville State Park in Lake Guntersville, Alabama on May 16th-19th, 2019.

Registration is now open to owners and to the public.

Our 2019 Oliver Travel Trailer Owners' Rally is off to a great start with 42 campsite registrations and 80+ owners registered so far.

Lake Guntersville State Park has 300+ campsites with hookups and a primitive camping area so there are plenty of campsites for the Rally. However, the best campsites are being reserved so make your reservations soon.

The 4-day rally will be packed with plenty of activities, programs, food and most of all fun with all of our Oliver friends, both long term and new. We have several programs and activities beginning Thursday morning to teach owners about your trailer, accessories, maintenance and special camping information.

JOURNEY TO DEATH VALLEY

After my stay in the cold and wet of Ruby Valley, Cathedral Gorge State Campground near Caliente, Nevada was a wonderful place to relax in the sun and soak up some warmth.

While relaxing with a book, a beer and some pine nuts, I contemplated my next destination. If the weather in the mountains had been better, I would have considered heading back up US 93 toward Idaho to various locations that I had map-scouted.

Glacier National Park

A Whole Day in Glacier for a Sightseer.

If you have one day to take in the highlights of Glacier National Park, drive Going-to-the-Sun Road (GTSR) in its entirety.

GTSR is a 50-mile long, two-way road that cuts through the center of the park between the West Entrance and the St. Mary Entrance.

Your journey can begin at either location. To return, either retrace your path back over GTSR, or take U.S. Hwy 2 along the south border of the park to create a loop.

Along U.S. Hwy 2, you will find scenic views, some restaurants and lodging.
