Peg and I have been tent campers and travelers for 28 years. Most of our camping has been done from a canoe, kayak or bicycle. We are now both recently retired and plan to remain in Maine for the summer and winter but will have fall and spring to travel. For years we though we would own a Class B but we rented one in Sequoia NP last fall and didn't enjoy securing our van every time we drove to a trail head. After a ton of research we put a deposit on an Elite and have plans to pick it up Sep 30. We think we will prefer to camp without hookups but all that remains to be seen. We are convinced that we have chosen the right travel trailer and can't wait to explore more of the country and Canada.
