  3. Will this app correct my issue and allow me to turn the EMS back on?
  4. I don't even have an app for the inverter. Is this something I need to get?
  5. Okay we turned off the EMS and it is charging with the generator. Okay so what does that mean? How do I fix this for the future. I trust the generator is okay. Is there a reset for the surge protector?
  6. Thank you all for who have responded. I really appreciate it!
  7. Is there more than one breaker panel? Is it the one under the table?
  8. We also tried shutting everything off waiting several minutes and then turning it back on and trying it again but no difference
  9. I don't think that's it because our inverter works and the breaker was not tripped. I think it has something to do with the transfer relay. When the generator is plugged in the The transfer relay keeps trying to switch back and forth and no charging is happening

  12. Yes, tried the other plugs. Same thing. Yes they were tight
  13. Okay I tried the other outlet same I get the code e9. I really think something happened when I plugged it into two small of a generator. So what do I do? How do I fix that?
  14. The book says that means data link down call technical support
  15. It has an e9 code. When we plug the generator in the inverter is off. E9 is the code
  16. Do you know what could be causing the clicking noise? I think it has to do with the inverter
  17. Yes, surge protector, it's not on because I unplugged the generator. We are currently at 67%. I think yes on grounding plug
  18. Please help!! We are boondock camping and we're trying to top off our lithium batteries. I plugged into a small watt generator it did not charge anything. I switched over to a 3500 generator and there's a clicking noise going on and it's not charging. Clicking noise in the compartment of the dinette, the one on the left. I do not know what to do. Can anybody help? Thank you, Christi
  19. Hello, I did a quick search but couldn't find a thread for this question. I want to add portable solar to our setup and would like to know what others have added. I did read something that said you could not add more than 200 extra watts. ???? Does it need to be the zamp brand? Thank you, Christi, Matt, and Lucy
  20. Thank you to all, I will turn them on when I get home this afternoon and check the error codes.
  21. Hello everyone, Yesterday, I heard a chirp sound coming from my Oliver and it was the batteries. They were all blinking and making a chirp. I powered them off and turned them back on and they seemed fine. Today, the same thing happened again so I powered them off and unplugged the oliver from the 30 amp plug. Anyone know why this is happening? We are actually heading up to Hohenwald on Wednesday for a 2 day service so I guess it was good timing. Confused, Christi
