Seems that most folks use and like the Prodigy brake controllers, either P2 or P3. Does anyone have any experience with Hopkins controllers? Looks like there might be a little more installation flexibility with the Hopkins, just haven't read many testimonials on performance. My Tacoma has the towing package and I've located the harness so there should be no issues with whichever one I get.

Sometimes no answer is a good answer. 77 views and no thoughts on Hopkins brake controllers tell me that the Prodigy controllers are what most folks are using! Haven't read anything bad about the P2 or P3 so that's what I will look at.

Yep. I replaced my factory ITBC with Prodigy, and it works great.
