Going Coastal
I recently repacked the wheel bearings on our new to us Ollie. I noticed that the rear axle has a fairly sizeable "catch" at every revolution. I'm sure it is costing my tow vehicle MPG. Can the dexter drums be taken to a local autoparts shop to be turned or should I replace them. I'm guessing they are warped. Thanks! Frank C
Yes, if they aren’t too badly out of round or worn. The drums are marked with the maximum re-bore diameter. 2 2019 Oliver Legacy Elite II - Hull #461 Tow Vehicle: 2019 Ford F-250 SuperCab 4x4, 6.2L Flex-Fuel engine
