  1. I too, have had my Oliver weighed. This occurred at the rally in Bandon, Oregon in July. The trailer was finished in Mid June and has the heavier axle and dual batteries. T.V. antenna in place of the King Dome. At the time it was weighed I had 4 days worth of food, clothing (as cold as it was at the rally I did not have enough or the right clothing) some tools, camping chairs, camping table, a spare battery with attached jumper cables, 12v air pump and 1/2 full of fresh water. Hitch weight 340, axle weight 3560 total weight 3900 lbs. On the Casita Club Forum there is an interesting read about a month and 1/2 ago about a Casita and a Police chase. I have no way of verifying this story but have no reason to doubt it. This tale will give you a new prospective on safety versus gas mileage when choosing a tow vehicle.
  2. I am confused. I was interested in the Oregon fiberglass rv get together. Northwoods mentioned they would be in Bend Oregon at a rally July 17-20. I was unable to find any mention of a rally in Bend Oregon. Sacsun mentioned a rally on the Oregon Coast. I found information on a fiberglass rv rally in Bandon Oregon July 17-20. Bandon is on the Oregon coast near the Oregon-California border. Bend Oregon in a resort town in the middle of the state one mountain range and a few hundred miles NE from Bandon. I am interested in going to which ever rally Northwoods will be at. If they have information on a Bend Oregon rally can they please post the information.
