  1. I have the Xantrex XC 3000 as shown in pics and 2 LifeBlue 200 AH Batteries. Here is with AC Compressor running and the lower wattage is compressor cycled off and fan running. It will drop down to near 500 watts as it cycles. It starts up around 200 watts and ramps up to 720 and settles in a few seconds just under 700 watts on start.
  2. It has a DeHumidifier Mode. Have not tried it yet.
  3. The New Blue and White XC 3000 is installed and communicates with the remote panel perfectly. It's quieter than the previous one. The Bluetooth is great and makes setup easy as can be on the App. Now that turning it on and off is easy my batteries hardly use anything each day when not in use.
  4. I installed the Pioneer A/C. Went very smooth. They make it easy. All the foam insulating collar and vibration pads are adhered to the unit. Just clean up the residue from the old unit and install it. Much quieter than the Dometic. Draws anywhere from 64 watts on fan and 500 to 700 watts when the compressor kicks on. Runs effortlessly on my inverter with no shore power.
  5. I tried it and it did not "Power Assist". Contacted Xantrex they said the XC does not support power assist only the SW models do.
  6. Is the below search info below not correct? I am thinking you would set the Xantrex to only input 15 amps from shore power or generator then it would kick in and provide the next 10 amps or so with a 3000 watt inverter? How would the Xantrex know the difference between shore power and generator? Yes, Xantrex has a feature similar to Victron's Power Assist. Xantrex Freedom SW inverters and chargers include a "Generator Support Mode" that enables the unit to assist a generator when AC loads exceed its capacity. This functionality allows the inverter/charger to provide additional power from the batteries to supplement the generator, similar to how Victron's Power Assist uses battery power to supplement a limited input. Here's a more detailed explanation: Victron's Power Assist: This feature allows you to adjust the input current to a level lower than the output power without affecting output power. It allows the inverter/charger to use battery power to supplement a limited input like shore power or a generator. Xantrex's Generator Support Mode: This mode is specifically designed for RVs and boats. When using a generator, it allows the inverter/charger to draw power from the batteries to assist the generator when AC loads exceed its capacity. Key Difference: While both achieve the same goal of supplementing a limited power source, Xantrex's Generator Support Mode is more focused on generators and RV applications, whereas Victron's Power Assist can be used with various power sources.
  7. I put a 32 inch Samsung Q60 a few back with no issues. Didn't change the existing mount. Just a simple plug and play.
  8. Good morning Folks. I have a friend who has a car lift in his Mancave at Treasure Coast Vault and we are going to use that to lift the units on and off. I am giving him the Dometic for his Race Car Trailer for installing the unit. I ordered a 2 wire Honeywell battery powered thermostat for the Gas Heater so that I can give him the control box for the Dometic. I am thinking the drain will prolly be abandoned.
  9. Let's just go with Xantrex Customer Service is Excellent now
  10. When I picked up my New Ollie LE 2 in 2021 the Remote Panel wasn't working. I called Xantrex many times and installed a new Remote panel and Cable all to no avail. I gave up. The Inverter charger always worked but checking settings was a Yoga Class! So last week I had some time and called Xantrex. The Rep read my notes from previous calls on her computor. Talked to her manager and they sent a new XC 3000. It was the communication board on the old one that was faulty. I installed it and everything is working fine now!!! Just wanted to put a thank you here to both Oliver and Xantrex Tech. They really went the extra mile for me.
  11. Hello this is my first post! I am removing the Dometic AC that came with my 2021 LE 2. I bought a Pioneer Inverter AC/Heat Pump 13,500 BTU. Any tips on removal and installation will be gratefully accepted!
