Mystery switch

For the first time I noticed two switches mounted above the outside faucet in the battery compartment.  One switch controls a handy little light installed behind it but I can’t figure out what the other switch does.  Any ideas?

It turns the water pump on or off, like the switch in the galley.   Note - if you flip the outside water pump switch and do not return it to the original position, your inside galley water pump switch operation will be reversed.  To use either of these switches, the water pump must be enabled on the master panel, just inside the door.
