Ron and Phyllis Posted March 15 Author Posted March 15 David, Sorry, I have been out of touch for a while, but your table is great and it's got me rethinking my set up. Did Foy end up making your table top ? And he used the same top material that's in your Ollie? Since I last posted, I made a small cabinet that I use primarily for my wife's clothes and as extra counterspace that I find handy. (for coffee maker, etc). As her caregiver, I usually overdo it on her things but having all her stuff easily accessible is helpful. Like a lot of people I also use the space under her bed to store my stuff. But after seeing your table, I think I want to consider your table setup and maybe use some removable storage under the table for her things. Wow so many thoughts. I would appreciate any of yours. I hope you enjoy your Elite as much as we do. 2
Ron and Phyllis Posted March 15 Author Posted March 15 I see you got the top from Oliver. It was a custom top ready for mounting? Ron
Coddiwomple Posted March 16 Posted March 16 I don't think it was a custom top. I just told Oliver folks that I wanted a smaller Lagun-type table top and they said they had one available at the factory. I don't know if they still make them. We are very happy with our setup and it works great for us. Cannot think of anything I would do differently at this point except if you have a table top made you will want it to be as light as possible. We always remove ours when traveling. David P. My Imagination Posted March 24 Posted March 24 We split the permanent mattress in the rear to create a single twin. The other half of the original mattress can still be used to setup a full size bed. We had new cushions made to fill in the vacated space. We are using the side dinette for the other single twin bed, including a mattress topper. We have not implemented the swivel table at this time. 1 2022 Legacy Elite I hull #951 - 2018 GMC Canyon

Was the dinette topper custom made or were you able to find one with the correct dimensions? 2023 Elite #1403--2019 Ford F150--2.7 Ecoboost V6--10 speed auto--without Max Tow
