bugeyedriver I'm a bit unclear. Your pics appear to be hilighting the valve and your fix to be in an area at the rear of the trailer. Our 2023 Elite 1 has the black tank valve up front, street side just aft of the interior bulkhead in the bottom of the compartmet that also houses the furnace.

Can you provide a pic that is taken from a bit further away from that panel?

My issue with the OE Fairview was that it leaked profusely. We just connected a spare tank to our small two burner Coleman stove, Didn't need the space heater or hot wter inside. While on the road I had our son get on the jungle website and ordered a new one.

I have actually done that when I had to deal with the railroad retirement board. My elected reps took very little time in contacting the 'board' and my problem was solved quite quickly thereafter. I agree this video illustrates a problem with the water heater; however it doesn't address the issue with the furnace.

In approx 2018-2019 BE (before oliver) we lived in the Coachella Valley in S. California. Summers were routinely 110-120 for months at a time. I was down there trying to get the house ready for our move and spent a lot of time making a bunch of tables for the new home. At night because it was by 10pm ONLY 100. We installed a minisplit in the uninsulated garage and the mini-split would easily knock down the air temp form 100 to 80 withot breathing hard. That said, I can't recall the brand however we did pay approx $3800 for the system installed. After procurring a permit, the installation took one day.

This may be the capacity of the jack itself but it may not be the capacity of the jack as it is installed on the trailer. The method of installation of the jack by Oliver may or may not be as highly rated but in any case, in my opinion, Olivers specs can't be more than the manufacturers specs. That rambling aside I would prefer to use blocks or ramps to do the majority of the 'lifting' and use the jacks to fine tune that and stabilize.

I have the Furrion Vision S on our 2023 Elite also and IF you do do this mod I am interested. The glare reduction alone will help. Of course a higher resolution camera would be nice but the $$$ are a bummer.
