Bathroom exhaust fan malfunction

Has anyone had their bathroom exhaust fan malfunction? Mine was running then suddenly made a grinding type noise and stopped running.

Looks like the fan may have come off of the motor.

Any ideas on how to repair this?

I think that fan has a 2 year warranty.   I’m guessing from your hull number it is  a 2021.   Depending on when you bought your trailer, you may be eligible to replace it if necessary.  See the manual, it’s easy to remove.
