Great news!!!!! Oliver (Jason Essary) called me and offered to cover the BBQ which I accepted. What this means is those of you that paid for their dinner will be reimbursed. Please extend thank yous to Oliver Travel Trailers for their generosity. There is still a cost for the hall rental and the music at the potluck which comes out to $12.00 per campsite. Paula and I discussed how we would handle this and have come up with this: The money we will be reimbursing will be less $12.00. those that paid for 1 dinner will get $13.00; those that paid for 2 will get $37.00; those that didn't pay for dinner please bring $12 so Paula and I may be reimbursed for costs we covered.

Glenda Burnes now has your site. She was on a waiting list and was thrilled to hear a site was available. They purchased hull 202 earlier in the year and this will be their first rally

But I need to search for someone and don't know their forum name and I can't find them on Facebook. I need to talk to them about the Texas Rally this October. I don't have a hull number either I just have their name ending in Harrison and that they will be in site 21

WOW, we now have 50 Olivers represented for this rally. I have updated the list on Google Sheets but have attached an image of this list below. Please make sure you get your BBQ dinner payment in to Paula ( Cleo Ratliff Jr ) as the BBQ has to paid prior to the week of the event and a deposit of $1000 is due Friday (Sept 5). CGI Detailing will be providing t-shirts and if you are interested in getting one, please make sure you have picked the size you desire on the Attendees list as well. Those that have already selected size, please double check your selection, as there have been several folks looking at this list and may have accidently altered your selection. Paula will also be posting an itinerary closer to the event. Remember there will be a meet and greet at the firepit in the Live Oak Loop. There will be door prizes and plan to hold drawings the night of the BBQ for those in attendance.

Okay thanks for letting me know. Did you sell it through the Oliver Travel Trailers for sale FB page? Don't forget to inform Oliver if the new Owners name. I believe there is a transfer ownership form on Oliver's website too Best of luck to you guys.

I just checked with the Texas Parks and Wildlife department to see what lots were still available to reserve for our Texas Oliver Rally 2025 to be held in Lake Mineral Wells State park. Sites available are 69, 70, 72, 77, 78, 80, and 86. All other sites in the park are completely booked.

Bev Caudex ha volunteered to do demonstration at the Rally on how to bake with your convection oven. She will post a sign up sheet in the Ollie Rolling Rally FB group, but if you are interested let me know and I will give her your name.

May 20th (tomorrow) is when you can start booking sites for this Oct Event. Don't forget to post your hull #, camping site, pot-luck participation, and BBQ dinner count. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Did you miss the Oliver Rally in Guntersville Maybe you attended and loved the rally experience and want to attend another rally this year. Here is another opportunity for Owners of Oliver Travel Trailers for October 2025. The last gathering of Oliver Owners just before most winterize. If you are a member of the Oliver Travel trailers FB Group, there is a link there to join the Ollie Rolling Rally facebook group. All the information for this Rally will be under the events tab in that group. There are 25 sites already booked , several sites still available in the park. We are one month away at having the opportunity to reserve a site through TPWD for the Texas Rally.

Great news. A rep for Girard Awnings will be at our rally. This was confirmed by email to me. Kelsey Sacha, Lippert Rally Coordinator.Support, spoke with her Team and said a Girard Rep would attend to do Q&A.
