We. An hear the flame flickering when we are standing next to the frig vent ouside
-
Norcold. We ha e looked it up on Google and there are videos too but none discus our actual problem
-
Is the wind messing with the flame while we are driving at 70mph and blowing the flame out?
-
We are physically changing it to propane to drive because on auto we couldn't tell what power source it was using.

Manual
-
When we stop after knowing it was running on propane the frig displays F which in checking in manual says fault

Frig worked fine on shore power
-
More I.tetested in finding out why propane and frig work fine while stopped (spent night at rest area) but after pulling back on the road frig won't work with propane. We didnt touch tank so it should run while we are driving as nothing was changed.

We picked up 837 June 23. Minor issues caused us to return to Oliver while we were still at DCSP. New issue arose while heading home so we will talk with Oliver. Frig works on PROPANE while camping but not while hauling. We did put it on DC as it also would not work with the inverter. Anyone else have this issue

Electrical Diagrams
Donna and Scott replied to Donna and Scott's topic in Mechanical & Technical Tips
We talked with head of service department today. Basically Oliver has decided that they will not be providing wiring diagrams for our 2021 at this time. Oliver feels it would be a liability issue to do so. Lets hope in the future that Oliver will reconsider. Maybe if those purchasing 2022 and future models pursue requesting the wiring diagrams, Oliver will review this subject again. -
Generator box - Has anyone made their own and if so any suggestions? It is my intent to put this box where the storage box from Oliver goes. I want the generator completely enclosed with a cover that opens. It will have vents for air to come through and exhaust to get out. Our generator runs on gas or propane.

Electrical Diagrams

Strange that the wiring electrician wouldn't have a diagram in front of him to ensure he was using the right wires for everthing since there are several different load requirements. -
Electrical Diagrams

I did PM our sales rep and am awaiting her response. I will keep you guys posted on this subject. I did look at the 2019 online manual as John suggested. It at least gave me some idea of where everything is. -
Electrical Diagrams
Donna and Scott replied to Donna and Scott's topic in Mechanical & Technical Tips
Thanks everyone. I can see why they wouldn't have them online as anyone could download them (like another trailer manufacturer) but they really need to be provided to Olie owners, so I too will inquire from my sales rep, Anita -
We will be picking up our 2021 LII trailer in July so I thought I would download the manuals to get myself acquainted with it. I know we will have help on pickup day. I noticed after I downloaded the manual the section on electrical was missing the diagrams. Will we be getting an actual printed manual when we get our trailer? will it have the diagrams that are missing in the download version?

How much wind can the awning handle
Donna and Scott replied to Donna and Scott's topic in General Discussion
Talked with sales today. They said they didn't have a definite answer because of the fact the powered awnings had settings that could be adjusted. However they also stated that when not on site to retract the awning. -

Does anyone use anything to prevent someone from pulling up to the trailer and hauling it off when you aren't there

We have considered not purchasing the wind sensor feature of our power awning. Does anyone know how much wind the awning can handle before we need to retract it?
