Thanks for the responses and some good advice as how to maintain the up storage for towing.

Our TV has "dropped" into viewing position when towing. We are interpreting this action as a message that the TV should be in the down position when towing. Those of you with more tow traveling miles agree? Any counters to our conclusion as why not? A few brief replies would be appreciated. Thanks

Alde hot water trailer heat system! We owned a nuCamp 400 (great rig) before our Oliver which had an Alde. Really like our Oliver; miss the Alde.

Has anyone purchased the portable solar panel unit that Oliver sells for assisting in the charging of lithium batteries? What brand & model does Oliver sell? Are you pleased with your experience with the unit with your lithium batteries? Thanks

Thanks for the replies & just confirming my perspective. My O is 2.5 weeks old and I am very pleased overall & very impressed with the quality & the O staff (good people!). However, I (as a boat & furniture woodworker) can not in anyway understand the O use of too long of bolts that are just wrong is wrong. No woodworker would do this. I checked the door in the showroom and the same incorrect bolts/construction is on the show O2. I hope O is listening and will correct this error going forward. Disappointing. Easy for me to fix, but...

The bolts extend approx 1 inch longer past the bolt nuts. Already had caused a leg scratch. Protective rubber caps were installed by Oliver, but wht not just use correct bolt length during construction? None-the-less does anyone have a good reason why I should not just cut them off to shorten? Hacksaw in hand... Thanks

We have plugged our brand new 2022 (#1242) Oiver II into three different electrical outlets with GFCI at three different campgrounds and each time the campground outlet breaker trips; no 120v. If the outlet is not GFCI all is fine and we have 120v service. Question. Is this normal? Is it correct that all Olivers can not be used with 120v at any campground with GFCI outlets? Or is this situation unique to our new Oliver II? Many campgrounds have GFCI outlets so this situation would be/is disappointing! Be advise & thanks.

New Oliver II driving home. Tried to dump gray tank and it appears the handle cable is not attached to the valve. I believe I recall others have had this problem. So there a thread or memo on how to repair. Thanks. Yes I will add my rig & tow info when home...2022 Oliver II.

Update on no 120v. Stopped at a different State Park that did not have GFCI breakers and the 120v to the Oliver worked fine. This is good. But drove on to another State Park for the night and it had a GFCI breaker and again the breaker would trip; so no 120v to the Oliver tonight. I used both of my surge protecters to test the campsite electric for bad wiring and both showed good wiring. (See attached photos.) So...there is something wrong with the Oliver. Disappointing to say the least; will talk tomorrow. Thanks for your help.

I had an "20" message on my Xantrex monitor and now can not get 120 power. What do I do?

New concrete floor slab 12 inches lower. Vertical walls poured. New outside entrance concrete ramps poured & shaped. A 10 ft entrance door installed. All we need now is an Oliver Trailer. 9:00 a.m. Hohenwald, Tennessee Monday September 26th...

SeaDawg. No the original contractor is not involved with this project. A couple of us are the main crew doing the work and we are bringing in contractors as we need equipment and/or a couple younger/strong backs. Standard concrete project design and construction. The finish project will have vertical concrete walls pinned into the existing slab & the building footings. The vertical walls will also have angle rebar connecting to the floor slab rebar. No remaining exposed soil. Fun project and not "Ollie love"; simply when you live in Wisconsin you don't spend $70K+ on a new toy and have it sleep outside in the winter.

Too much of a pre & post trip hassle. Soon, just back it in and done!

John the project is now ovet excavated to allow for the placement of gravel before pouring the floor. There will an additional floor drain installed in the center of this bay in the new low point. The new door will be a full 10 feet. The floor will slope in to a maximum new additional depth 1 foot down where the Oliver wheels are. This allows good clearance under the garage door opener.

Back in February I was searching for advice of how I could reduce the Oliver overall outside height because my extra building garage door height was approximately (and only) 3 inches too small. Potential solution advice included raising the ceiling and/or door height, installing different but smaller AC, letting air out of the tires, taking the tires off and more. None of the ideas, while appreciated, just didn't appeal to me and/or would not work. So...I am lowering the floor! See the attached photos. We install steel rod and pour concrete during the next couple weeks. Photos of (the successful?) the completed project to be shared in the future.
