rear light kit for a 1UP bike rack on the back of the trailer

Does anyone have a recommendation for a rear light kit that i can attach to my 1UP bike rack?  My lights are not very visible once two bikes are on the rack.  I would also appreciate advice regarding the electrical connection of the kit.  Thanks!

This would work, but the bike covers I am looking at cover the entire bike and rack.  There is probably a work around
