technomadia Posted December 3, 2008 Posted December 3, 2008 We're staying with friends in Lebanon, Oregon right now.. and they have some 7 week old kittens. Both Chris and I have left our hearts open to a trailer kitty, and figured we'd find the right one out on the road. Well, Kiki seems to have found us, and we're currently auditioning her as our potential trailer kitty. We'll be taking her on a 1 week road trip up to Seattle with us. If it doesn't work out, we'll return her on our way back south. But if things continue to go well.. we'll be setting Kiki up with her own Blog and Twitter account soon. Anyone else traveling with cats or kittens in their Oliver? Any helpful hints? - Cherie
Moderators bugeyedriver Posted December 4, 2008 Moderators Posted December 4, 2008 Cherie & Chris, Looks like love at first sight! I'm sure Kiki will fit right in with your routine, providing lots of affection and entertainment along the way. I bet you could modify the stripper pole a bit by adding some shag rug covered climbing boxes for Kiki. That'd just be the cat's meow. Pete & "Bosker". Moderators bugeyedriver Posted December 23, 2008 Moderators Posted December 23, 2008 Kitty report . . . Kitty report . . . !? How's Kiki doing during her maiden voyage? Is she knocking over the Christmas tree or trying to unwrap presents too soon? Pete & "Bosker". TV - '18 F150 Super-cab Fx4; RV - "The Wonder Egg"; '08 Elite, Hull Number 014. technomadia Posted December 23, 2008 Author Posted December 23, 2008 Kiki is doing quite well. She passed her maiden voyage test on our run up to Seattle and has joined Technomadia full time. We're now located in San Francisco on a work project, so we're stationary for a bit. Our biggest problem is dispersing so much kitten energy in so little space. I've devised various suction cup based play toys for her to save space She also got an outdoor play tunnel for Christmas that we're anxious to try out once it quits raining. We're hoping she'll calm down long enough soon to start up her new blog. - Cherie http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3111/310 ... 8659_m.jpg
