Warranty Work

Hi all,

Does anyone have info on how the warranty work (if any needed) would be arranged for a long distance owner?

A lot of issues actually can be resolved over the phone. Sometimes it’s a proper usage, setting, reset or something simple like that. All the major components A/C, Refrigerator etc… are warranted by the manufacturer and can be serviced by any authorized dealer. We provide a full year warranty on workmanship. We have technicians that can assist over the phone at other repair facilities about issues particular to the “Oliver” and if it is a warranty item we will pay them. I hope this clears up any questions but if not, just ask.
