My concern level - 

Likelihood of Catastrophic Loss: 

  1. highway accident
  2. fire
  3. tornado
  4. theft
  5. mutant fiberglass eating termites

 

 

They have a list of life’s most stressful disastrous events, death of a family member. Moving. Job loss. Illness of a family member. Financial loss, loss of housing, on and on. I tick all the boxes.

For virtually all "basic" things I'm positive that you will not have to pay them during orientation.  However, I'd be willing to bet that a nice box of donuts would help both you and them get things going.😃
