Gliddenwoods Posted October 1, 2022 Posted October 1, 2022 I had an "20" message on my Xantrex monitor and now can not get 120 power. What do I do? 2022 Oliver Legacy Elite II, Hull 1242, 9/26/22 Lithium Platinum Power/Solar Package Tow with Supercrew Cab 2019 F-150 4 x4, 5.0L 4-Valve V8 with 3.73 axle ratio & 157" wheelbase. F-150 GCWR of 16,900 lbs with maximum load trailer of 11,500 lbs.
Gliddenwoods Posted October 3, 2022 Author Posted October 3, 2022 Update on no 120v. Stopped at a different State Park that did not have GFCI breakers and the 120v to the Oliver worked fine. This is good. But drove on to another State Park for the night and it had a GFCI breaker and again the breaker would trip; so no 120v to the Oliver tonight. I used both of my surge protecters to test the campsite electric for bad wiring and both showed good wiring. (See attached photos.) So...there is something wrong with the Oliver. Disappointing to say the least; will talk tomorrow. Thanks for your help. 2022 Oliver Legacy Elite II, Hull 1242, 9/26/22 Lithium Platinum Power/Solar Package Tow with Supercrew Cab 2019 F-150 4 x4, 5.0L 4-Valve V8 with 3.73 axle ratio & 157" wheelbase. NCeagle Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 Hi @Gliddenwoods, that error code means the remote display is not communicating with the Xantrex inverter, but it doesn't/shouldn't impact the functionality of the inverter in any way - you just have to use the display and controls on the inverter itself rather than the remote. Check this thread about the "20" error code and make sure your firmware, etc. is up to date. It may not fix your specific problem, but it's a good place to start: https://support.olivertraveltrailers.com/portal/en/kb/articles/xantrex-inverter-error-20 Keep us posted - there are quite a few owners that have wrestled with the Xantrex and learned quite a bit about it in the process. Good luck! 2020 Elite II, Hull 688 --- 2021 Silverado 2500HD, 6.6L Duramax Diesel

Moderators Mike and Carol Posted October 3, 2022 Moderators Posted October 3, 2022 Gliddenwoods, I hope you resolved your issue! It would be helpful if we knew which trailer you have and the year/hull number. Things change year to year and you would get more input if folks knew what they were commenting on. It’s easy to add the info to your signature. If you need help just holler. Mike Texas Hill Country | 2016 Elite II #135 | 2020 Ram 2500 6.7L
