  1. This wax is used on boats and corporate jets. Must be applied out of the sun and wiped with a micro towel. I am sure there are many good wax’s out there......yukon
  2. Ok just had the Electrician come back and after checking all of his work'' we by passed the surge protector and all is good. It has to be the output display or the cable or the surge protector main unit. The codes are showing it is the output display or cable only, waiting for parts.
  3. Understand, I had the 120v trip 2 hours after i hookup to house . a whole different circuit power source than the 30amp i had installed. Data Code E9 displayed data link down. back to square one.
  4. Thanks Randy did not think of that '' just hooked up to House juice we will see how that work Surge Protector likes it so far''................
  5. Thanks'' I understand. A little more to the story, was after i had the 30amp service installed i noticed the shore tie plug did not seem to engage properly as one would want. So i recall the License Electrician who installed, we took the box apart and the fuse panel and discovered poor connections as well as the job required a ground bar. After that is when i discovered the regular loss of power going to the Oliver. I am sort of reluctant to recall the Electrician again but am not confident enough to by pass the surge protector. Jason recommended i un plug and replug both ends of the cable running to the monitor as there is history on this happening to others. Progressive said they would send out parts (new monitor and cable ) I will install and we will see where that goes. And the question on weather the monitor/ cable suspected failure could shut down the 30amp service is Yes'' as i have been told they need to talk to each other before 30 amp will be excepted.
  6. We had 30 amp servise installed for our Oliver Camper all seemed well for several weeks and then we noticed a shut down with a E9 error code on the surge protector Display. I hopped into the Progressive manual and it says in its definition Data Link Down contact Tech Support. Which i did and was advise it was most likely a faulty Display monitor or cable. OK then i asked would that stop 30 amp service from being utilized . Answer was I don't know. Has anyone experienced this?.....Yukon
  7. I installed some stainless grading .5 inch with marine wire ties , this should keep the wrens out thats the plan anyway!.......Yukon
  8. When you are storing the Oliver for the winter outside (6 Months) is it a good idea to release the load via blocking the front tongue of the Oly?....Or does it not mater?........Yukon
  9. Thanks for everyones help'' will give me a excuse to purchase a new safer ladder . all good ideas. I have to say the A/C unit does look like a bird' condo, I bet when the birds arrived in NJ they started to fly south due to the high property tax .
  10. My wife and I brought home her new Oly and a birds nest in the Air Conditioner Unit. It is unknown if the Birds came along for the drive to NJ. We were late picking up her camper due to my medical condition and the Oly was stored outside for several months this last spring. I was advised to remove the outer cover and blow out the offending nest. Sounds easy enough I guess? Anyone had a similar issue if so what length of ladder did you use ? don't really want to do a header off the top of the Oly'' and is there a bird screen that can be purchased for the Air Conditioner? Any help would be appreciated.........Yukon
  11. I see a issue with the Bulldog hitch assembly being completely removed with simple socket wrench and driver. Slap on a new Bulldog and new bolts and your ready to go"" It looks to me like a wheel deterrent is the only way to go''
  12. Anyone have any experience with the security coupler lock from Proven Industries . Looks substantial ''I was told model 2178-B will handle the 2 inch Bulldog . Also see a hot item is a Peweg Chain with a Assa High Security Padlock which is run through the wheel holes up around the axle and secured. Not sure if Oliver type wheels have the clearance to run the chain through ?
