  1. Great idea…non reflective dash mat
  2. Does anyone have trouble seeing their Jensen back up camera monitor on the windshield when the sun is out?
  3. Well, never needed to winterize here but this years cold and long freeze has us looking for leaks. Before calling someone we like to have an idea as to where the leak might be. Here is what we have found. 1. Cracked water pump strainer...replaced 2. Sureflo accumulator leaks when pump turned on.... 3. Water runs from blue tube to the ground.... Not sure what else I should check. Had a heater running inside but at some point the GFI tripped and I am not sure how long. What do I do now? Any recommendations? Thanks
  4. Where in Texas are you? We are in Hill Country and love our 2019 Oliver. If you are coming anywhere Austin come by see & touch! George & Karen Gebhardt
  5. Thanks for your reply ScubaRX and Maverick. Let me first say any encounter with the Service Dept. has been nothing but the best. Jason is so knowledgeable, thorough and competent. And Cindy, well she adds volumes to the quality of service. That being said, we expected the same from our first maintenance checkup. It is not a package Maverick, but the same service you stated in your response. I was asked if there was anything that I needed to have checked...maybe because this was our first year with our Oliver. The shower door dragged and was crooked total replacement and time consuming plus a couple of little quick fixes. When we picked up our Oliver there were things that needed attention but time very time consuming so we need to take it somewhere else locally to have three items serviced. I consider big items not quick fixes. We live quite a distance away and have to go to someone else to finish the things Jason found. All is under warranty and we understand the time constraints. However the trailer was pretty dirty when we picked it up. The floors were very dirty, the rugs were cleaned by Jason, but were still pretty wet. I did not expect all to be in the same order when we picked it up but I also did not expect to have to clean as soon as we got back to the campground. This is not quite what I expected from Oliver. Looking back I should have said something to Jason at the time but it was raining and late on a Friday. All had left for the weekend except Jason. I was just wondering if this is the norm or one of those days. Thanks again Karen
  6. Has anyone used the yearly service “tune up” and not found it to be the quality of the Oliver standard?
  7. I bought foam bolsters at JoAnns and covered them with fabric from Oliver. They are slanted and slide perfectly under the window frame.
  8. Send some pics..I’ll bet it looks great!
  9. No it does not have a lid. I suspect because it is collapsible.
  10. I bought this online. So sorry I cannot remember where, but it is out there. Yes the drawer closes completely does not lock in place though. When cooking I put kitchen scraps in this then transfer to larger trash receptical. Very handy and out of the way. I fold it up and put it away until next meal
  11. Good little kitchen trash container
  12. I guess I should add the tape was not stuck to the backing all along the gutter.
  13. Sherry, when you installed the EZ Gutter was the red backing on the tape solidly attached to the sticky tape? I ask because my resent installed gutters are lifting and I was wondering if the product was old. I followed all the directions and need some advice. Thanks, karen
  14. I ordered the suction cups from Amazon they are called "Outus" clear plastic suction cups -22mm. I also found the hairpin clip but will need to research again.
