You could do a John deere wrap on any pickup, if that's your thing.
It's an internet creation. Sadly.

Perhaps not all locations in the US are covered by dealers.
It's a work in progress, I'm sure.

We've been very happy with the replacement. We bedded it with butyl tape , and "built up" the low areas.
Quiet, effective, love the night. It is more difficult to raise than the old ventline, but a) it doesn't leak, b) love, live love the overhead light, and c) it doesn't open underway. In all fairness, we never had an issue with rhe old vent line opening underway, either.
Also love the serviceability. Fuse is easily accessible, unlike the ventline.
We installed per instructions, 4 years ago, with the possible exception of using our go-to butyl tape instead of sealant/caulk .

Have you tried reducing the flow with the button on the handle? The "triple valve" ?

Many people use the lock n lube.
I'm sure you are looking forward to picking up your new Ollie soon. Congratulations.
I'm sure you'll get comments on the gun from others who've used it.

We've found the white marine tex is "close enough" in inobtrusive spots.

I would stake or strap that ladder, to somethomg pther than the scaffold. for stability, which you probably did.
We also use a step ladder to climb scaffolding. It's sometimes not as stable as it looks.

My husband likes the 460 on the sailboat. One set of connections. One battery to worry about.
Me, I'd like a pair of 300s. One goes south, I have a spare. I'm old school. I like a spare.

Our door can be open a "crack" without the light being on.
Clean it, dry it out, and that crack is plenty. I put a dish towel between door and frame, and a weight against the door to keep it from being opened accidentally. I use a spare bottle of rv antifreeze as a weight.

That's good news.
Long showers (defining long as over a few gallons/minutes) will fill the grey tank quickly. And, it will "think" it's full even before it is, if out of level.
Keep us posted, as you continue your travels. The seelevel gages also are notorious for reporting incorrect values, if out of level .
When we travel, we work strictly from the tank. When fresh water is pretty empty, grey is likely pretty full.

Was it a problem when you first used the shower, or is this recent?
We've had the shower valve "stick" from time to time, when we forget to work and lube it. Ours must be out a good 2 1/2 to 3 inches or more, to be fully open. (Ours is a much older trailer, so others with newer trailers could give better advice/measurements. )
-
Tank monitors are not necessarily accurate, especially if not level with the horizontal tanks.
Let us know how it is after you dump.
-
Is your shower drain valve fully opened? Many of us have experienced "wet feet" when we forgot to open, or fully open, the shower drain valve.

@Hoosier, even though yoir camper is likely out of warranty, I'd open a ticket on this. It's always best for Oliver service to know "what happened ", and perceived cause.

Not that I'm advocating for Truma. I'm not. I have no experience with them.

Yes, we look for will prowse's testing and or teardown first. It was his video test last year that convinced us to order the Epoch 460 for our sailboat. It's been great.

Epoch is getting a lot of traction on YouTube.

I ended up covering the CO Detector with saran wrap and tape. Went 24 hours without a beep. Asked the manager at our storage place to listen for beeping. Couldn't find the fuse, well I could a black fuse holder, but wasn't completely sure if it was for CO Detector, so used Saran Wrap.
This whole thing is very strange as I was using the same TV antifreeze from Ace Hardware that I used in 2022 and 2023.
It may not be the same formulation. And, your detector is a year older than last year.
The saran wrap was genius. Imo

We used simple door edge molding. Ours in 2008 just sat raw hood against raw base. It's been pretty good for 15 years

We have a white wrapped one somewhere near us. Doesn't look so bad as the stainless ones I see most days.
It's an odd design , for sure. It definitely says "I'm not your everyday pickup truck."
I also see Rivians, and Lightnings, every week, sometimes several times a week.
Last week, in Asheville, we rented an f150 hybrid. Great truck. Great seats.

We thought about this year's ago, when we blew out our outdoor shower by not winterizing early enough in nc. Never got around to it.
If you do this, please share details and photos. Many of us rarely use the outdoor shower. The shutoff would be helpful, I think.

Some cheaper rv antifreeze is , from what I've been told, reclaimed/recycled de-icing glycol.
That said, we've not had alarms go off worh the "cheap" stuff from Walmart, etc.
Those of you have had the issue, did you also blow out the piping before adding rv antifreeze?

Our 2008 controllers are under the rear dinette seat. Very tight, but workable. I agree.
