Hey Joe, When the tongue is extended it actually does reduce the tongue load on the TV. Also we are now offering to install an Anderson Hitch at the time of pick up if some wants it.

The lights your talking about are part of our NATM certification concerning DOT compliance. So the placement is per government regulations. As for the bike rack while we are not going to make a BIKE RACK itself we are in the process of designing a class one receiver hitch for the rear that would accommodate a bike rack. This item will be designed to retro fit the Elite II and possibly the Elite even after delivery. Hope this helps. Robert

This is one of the many additions we have done due to feed back from our owners. Glad people like it and those new LED's seem brighter than the old 1156 bulbs to me.
