  1. Heading South from Bellingham WA to the Royal Gorge in Co. Anybody want to hook up on the way or meet there? Leaving Monday the 25th...have about 2 weeks to enjoy!
  2. Wish I was close to Hohenwald but Bellingham WA is a bit of a drive.. Awning "should be here in a couple weeks"...we'll see... Still learning lifes "lessons"...
  3. Ok-...My fault...I moved the trailer without bringing the awning back in ! Needs to be replaced. This happened mid-September last year. I have had a new one ordered through a local "RV" place. Here it is mid March...still no awning... Girard is telling them that it is a "custom" awning...that is what is taking so long ... How can it be "custom" ?... they must make 500-600 a year for Oliver... Starting to get..."crazy"...
  4. Why would you get anything less than the maximum available battery power...? You can never have too much power but you can definitely have too little...? In the scope of the whole project...get the best!
  5. We had originally ordered the smaller Lithium package. They called us during construction and told us that package was unavailable then. Would we mind if they "bumped us up" to the larger package for an extra 1,000.00 ? Duh...no brainer ! It's a lot of power, but you can never have too much ! We feel more confident the farther we get from the "insanity"...
  6. We have a 2015 Tundra and an Elite II... Never had a problem and it seemed like plenty of power when going over passes... Smooth comfortable quiet ride, so the dog and wife can "snooze" while Im driving...
  7. I had not been out to the trailer in about 4 weeks. When I got in I noticed the lights on the battery panel blinking...as if they were low. Everything came on when I powered up....Propane heater worked fine... Anything to worry about or trouble shoot?... Obviously not getting much solar charging this time of year...
  8. 2015 Toyota Tundra...worked great up the hills...no issues. 58-62lbs in the tires... Started out with 55...speed and temp brought us up to 62 ish...no problems...
  9. OMG... Don't know how many of you have had extended trips on our highways lately...but it looks like a "war zone" in some places... Cannot believe the bumps, holes, patches, dipsey-doos and just downright poor condition... If we didn't have an Oliver I think I would have left several hundred parts and pieces on the roads ! Hohenwald to Bellingham WA...I don't think we will ever take a trip that long again- maybe on the "back roads"... Just be careful out there !
  10. How did you run your A/C without a generator...?
  11. Thanks John, Yes- 2 e-bikes... Guess they won't be making the trip...disappointing... Will certainly give you a "heads up" when we are near. Take care, Lee and Jane...
  12. We are taking delivery of our Ollie in a couple weeks... We are bringing our bikes down on the rack attached to our trucks 2" receiver. Did I see in a delivery video that the Oliver 1-1/4" receiver will not accept the 2" adapter...?
  13. Hello All... Don't have it yet...but it,s coming (June 15th) ! Love to hook up with all the great people who have Olivers! We are from the Pacific Northwest (Bellingham) Just us and "Emma"...(sweetest Black Lab you will ever meet!) Look forward to the adventure.
