Please see our signature below. The truck has a 3.73 rear and a 2,571 payload. Thanks for putting this together!

Knowing now that I really could sell my Oliver for (at least) what I paid for it 8 years ago pales in comparison to the joy I get when people can't believe that it is going into its 9th year and still looks new. Add this to the enjoyment I've had with Twist over the 8 years, I'm absolutely certain that this was the correct choice for me. But, if I only wanted to go to the local RV park for the weekend or had a bunch of kids, I understand that my decision could have been different.
I agree wholeheartedly Bill. People have different priorities in life and I wasn’t meaning to criticize. There's probably not a lot of folks cross shopping Olivers and 5th wheels. The point I was trying to make was these folks are seeing a much larger trailer, with arguably more amenities, for less money and were drawn to Oliver's smaller size (and unique look), expecting a lower price. They can buy a 23’ Flying Cloud with a solar/lithium package (also at the show) for about the same price as an LE2 and they’ve probably already heard of Airstream. Without someone providing them with the advantages of owning an Oliver (better quality, insulation, resale value, etc.), it's a difficult sell. I saw three couples walk away shaking their heads during the short time I was near the trailers.

Sondra and I were at the Raleigh RV show this past weekend and pretty much saw the same. Lots of people were initially drawn to both the LE1 and 2, but were shocked by the price (looked to be over $10K more than what we paid for ours last year) But, I think a lot of folks prioritize space over quality and look at the huge trailer next to it for less money.

Bigfoot uses dealer outlets.
Right. I only mentioned it because we had a hard time finding one when we were looking at truck campers. There are probably more dealers out west that carry them, but it was hard to find one within a few states of us. Bigfoot probably builds fewer campers than say Northern Lite does.

If they sell them through these few locations it will still be a needle in a haystack where you can purchase an Oliver.
I will be like trying to find a Bigfoot camper 😂

We have a Goldern Retriever and what we affectionately call a "Chowie" (Border Collie and Chow mix). The latter was a rescue we got for our daughter 12 years ago. He too is great with people, but not with every dog. You just need to keep on top of things when you know other dogs are going to be around.

Partnering with dealerships to provide service is a smart idea if Oliver does so with family run businesses that have a good reputation in their areas. That said, I'm close enough to Hohenwald that I would still take my Ollie there for anything serious, even if a service center opened up closer to home. I'm lukewarm to cold on the idea of placing units at dealerships. One of the primary reasons I bought from Oliver (and almost from Escape) was because they sold factory direct.
I don't recall, will Oliver ship your trailer to you or does everyone have to pick it up in Hohenwald? For those that don't want to go to BC, Escape Travel Trailers ships to designated spots around the US (cost various by distance from the factory). I wonder if Oliver looked into something similar?

Microfiber (Rainleaf) here as well.

Welcome @SYoung. We poured a 12x24 concrete pad for our Ollie prior to bringing her home and our plan was to do the same as @SeaDawg and keep her in the elements and apply marine grade wax on a regular basis. But the pollen and tree debris/sap proved too much this past Spring, so we now use a Calmark cover. We had also planned to run an electrical line, but decided instead to take advantage of the Ollie's Zamp port and keep her batteries topped off using an inexpensive 100W solar panel. It's a suitecase style, so we could bring it along for extra capacity when boondocking. Adapt and overcome 🙂
@Patriot, very nice setup. Are you accepting reservations 🙂

Our new 2020 OLE2 came with a hard copy owners manual. I do believe Oliver still provides hard copies.
Patriot🇺🇸
We had the option of getting hard copies of the manuals and took advantage of that when we pick up our 2023

John, your posts were instrumental in Sondra's and my decision to purchase an Oliver. Thank you and best wishes for you and your wife.

TFL announced that Ford is now offering a supercharger for 21-23 F-150 5.0L Here’s the link to Ford’s site: https://accessories.ford.com/products/2021-22-f150-5-0l-supercharger-kit-w-pro-power-onboard700 HP/590 torque and includes a warranty. TFL said you can’t get it if you have an 8 foot bed, so I guess I’m out 🤣 Actually, the price is enough to keep me away.

That’s a nice Fairlane. It’s cool how the Ford, and the truck behind it, are pulling trailers with paint jobs complementary to the TV.

Saw a two day old LE2 at the Buckees in Crossville Tn Welcome
That must be a popular place for new Oliver owners! Sondra and I stopped at that location on March 31 on our way home after picking up ours.

Welcome @HDRider! My wife and I picked up our LE2 just over two weeks ago. Best decision we made since getting married and having kids 🙂 There are so many things you can spend your money on. Heck, trucks prices are not all that far away from the price of an Oliver and I'll certaininly enjoy my Ollie more than my truck! Congratulations and embrace the anticipation 🤣

A major "AssUme" error on my part thinking the wiring was correct because it "looked" correct. Could have saved $20 if I just tested the light before talking to Ryder. I got a spare light now. Lesson Learned.
That is too bad about the unnecessary purchase, but now you have a spare bulb you can add to your box of fuses!

There are private sellers on RVTrader.com as well. I just looked and there are a few used LE2s for sale now.
