Has anyone had issues with combining smart hitch and Anderson WDH? We are towing an Elite 2 with a 2021 F150 power boost platinum max towing package. Never had any sway problems, so maybe this is academic. But, we cannot get the Anderson WDH to satisfy the smart hitch software that there is enough weight on the truck’s rear axle. Note: sway control on the F150, whether on or off, seems to make no difference. Truck and trailer sight level, if slightly tongue down. Have messed around with the ball height, chain tension (from hand tight to hand tight plus three threads), and reallocated the weight in both the cargo bed and trailer utility basket. We have even tried messing with the estimated trailer weight, but the software still calls for more weight over the rear axle, even when the truck is fully loaded. Anyone else wrestling with this?
