Unused black tank

Since we have a composting toilet and the black tank was sitting unused, I decided to reroute the sink drain in our bathroom to the black tank. This will allow us to stay put longer with 50% more holding capacity. Pictures are before and after replumbing. Joe/769

Nice, we also have the composting toilet and I was wondering how to drain the sink and shower into the black tank. Do you have a link for the original Facebook post?

Looks like you’ve just switched the sink drain with the composting toilet vent, so now draining the sink down the black tank vent. No issues with that, and the composting toilet now venting out the great tank vent?

This post included everything from the original Facebook post. What you described is what I did. However, there wasn't a way to drain the shower into the black tank since it is too low, but we don't use the shower so that wasn't an issue. Everything works fine and we often dump a pot of dish water down the vanity drain so we don't fill up the grey water tank too fast. Joe/769
