If you still have low water flow at the sink and you found white plastic chips in the pump strainer, you’ll need to remove the steal braided line to the pump. Use a coat hanger and run it through you should see it packed with plastic. Once cleared you should have normal water flow and your shower head will stay on spray. If this cures the problem let service know. Sorry for the double post i lost the first post then it appeared.

  3. I think the author has issues, my opinion.  It is all about the personal preference. The rv industry follow the trends, if they thought the graphics weren’t effective they would make changes. The down fall is you get want they want. Look at the million dollar Rvs  customers spend over 80 thousand plus for paint work.  I don’t think i ever seen a all white provost. If there are that’s what that person wants. Another and many reasons the Oliver stands out, i could be wrong, but they make changes based on customer feed back more so than industry trends.  Oliver gives you the choice, for the most part. I hope it stays that way.

  4. Overland I looked at all my profile and account and don’t see where or how I’m subscribed to anything. I must be missing something. You or any moderator have my permission to remove any subscription i may have encountered. I this is a problem please let me know.  I will delete my account and start over at a later date preferably after all the bugs are worked out. Thanks

  5. I saw the same posts these are also the same emails I receive.  If you look at my posts  i only post new. Or reply to new posts. Please explain how you would subscribe to posts on the forum. I try to keep it simple. And I don’t even follow others on the forum. Thanks

  6. I’d say definitely save it/them if you get another. That might help Jason figure out what’s going on. This is the first that we’ve heard anything like this, so certainly the more info we have, the better.

Also the other thing tonight every topic i click on you get the 404 error and have to reclick to get the to come up.  Strange. logging off now.  If I can be any further help have them call me direct, Thanks

  7. As far as Connecticut there are very limited campgrounds as granitestate said most close early.  There are two casinos Fox wood and Mohegan Sun   Good area for foliage. You would need to call if they still allow camping.  If i remember Foliage starts to end in October. If so start to head to the Carolinas i always thought the foliage was better  and the temps weren’t as cold.  Timing is every thing, good luck

  8. I think the answer is “It should be, and we think it is”, but your post is troubling. I’ll let Jason at Oliver know about this immediately.

We’ve had a good bit of difficulty with spammers today, but nothing that would indicate that they’re doing anything but signing up multiple accounts and posting spam.

My initial question would be if you have ever posted your email in a post for any reason. The spammers are definitely capable of scanning posts for anything that looks like an email address.

Never had a reason to post my email address on the forum ,  this happened several months received a email forum post from Ott. Wanting to offer pass port docs. I deleted it w/o opening it.  I should have save todays if some needed to look at them. Sry I deleted them quickly.

  9. I just received 12 emails  from pharmacy’s to people,  some foreign claiming to post on the forum.  Using Oliver travel trailer site.  I’m not sure what this is all about. Also still having a lot of those 404 errors. Anyone else getting these types of emails.  Please advise if this is not a somewhat secure site I’d like to know.  If this continues i may delete my account. I don’t have enough computer skills to have to worry about hackers.

I like your graphic very well thought out. Did you install it yourself? Nice job. I have a simple compass 24” ready for pick up. Hopefully install next week.  Another way the Ollie’s stand out. Designed and personalized. You don’t see this on other rv brands.

  11. I just got the art work back from the sign shop and here is the new designed logo for our trailer. It will be 22″ round, the “Lone Star Travelers” is what we call ourselves, the Ft. Worth city emblem is on the state part as that’s were we live. Don’t think we copied anyone else, only exception is the state logo part was taken from our new Ram as it is a Lone Star Edition sold by Ram in Texas, the rest is my brain at work. Now if you see us camping, or elsewhere stop by we want to meet you as we are new to the Oliver world.

  12. When I took delivery of my Ollie they said to crisscross the cables. It was some what of a pain to connect for the first time fighting the tension of the curled up cable.  I too prefer chains old school. There are different grades of chains. And hooks, anyone know what they might be?

  13. I thought I’d start a new post didn’t want to interfere with John Davies post on bull dog coupler change.

It doesn’t seem like the Anderson hitch is all it’s cracked up to be? I’m seeing that most have had some sort of issue with it. Has anyone looked at the Equalizer 4point hitch. It appears to have the same mounting bracket as the Anderson same location. The bracket would be below the fiberglass. The hitch uses flat bars no chains easy to connect. This would be my alt. To the Anderson.  Has anyone considered something different?

  14. I am toying with a 2020 Chevy 1500 if I can’t find the dodge/ if the diesel offers 1800+ payload in the LTZ trim, it would be worth the tradeoff of having to watch our weight vs a 2500 or 3500 with 1000-2000 extra pounds of payload. “MrTruck” showed a 2WD with an 1800lb payload so it’s possible (double cab 2WD GVWR 6900 vs 4WD GVWR 7100 or even 7300 on the diesel 4WD CC). There the diesel is the same price as the “truck” gas engine, and has the potential to turn some greater mileage. Downside is losing the sealed bed storage and having to add weight for containers or a topper vs Ramboxes which don’t steal as much payload.

I saw TFL Truck’s video on the PW. Their numbers lined up with what I saw on the Laramie. For an HD gas engine it stands alone as the current chevy/ford gassers were giving me ~12-13 MPG vs the 15-17 on the RAM 2500 6.4. 2020 will definitely change that. Speaking of TFL trucks, I wish they would focus a little more on testing the trucks and running their flat loaded/unloaded loops and ike loaded loops (not really as interested in that test – if I drive that roads it’s because I chose to drive that road). Their latest videos have stupid clickbait titles like “do my feet smell after driving 10 hours?” and don’t really provide any valid comparisons or data.

To believe we towed a 3-ton tractor through the cascades with an inline 6 F250 with 100hp/190lb-ft torque back in the day puts things in perspective ?

Check  YouTube  truck gauntlet challenge they compare all trucks on mountain climbs and down grades towing heavy loads, may help.
