Found this ....as a past post on that issue.
Hopefully this “leak” at the Oliver logo light will not be an issue with the 2020 Oliver Elite ll we have on order. Thank you ctshort09 for reposting this info.

The picture is from a BLM campground called Goose Island, near Moab. The campsite is right on the Colorado River. More pictures and info in this earlier thread.
DavidS, what is the item/box mounted just below your Ollie front graphic and just above the dog house where the tubs join? Care to share?

We have a 12 gallon tote that we carry in the storage basket on the tongue, along with fresh water containers. We use the tote to offload grey water, and the fresh water to refill the water supply. We never use the tote for black water.
Thanks David, man this photo is awesome!

David, I’m very happy with it. Recommend applying it it warm or hot weather. It comes in a roll and wants to stay in a roll. I opened and laid it out for several days to start the straightening process. If I recall there are a couple of installation threads. Mike
Thank you Mike. I have ordered a roll.

Ok gents as a brand newbie here to OTT and to the Camco honey tote I just have to ask. Those that carry the tote where do you store this honey hauler during travels?

Matt,
Having just placed our deposit/order for a 2020 Oliver Elite ll, what you stated above is exactly why we chose Oliver. My wife and I were very impressed with the plant tour seeing most if not all that goes into building the finest travel trailer made. It’s very apparent to us, Oliver takes pride in their product and backs it with stellar customer service.
We are looking forward to delivery day and we are already booked for the National Rally in Guntersville.

This is what I am ordering for our Ollie while parked at the campground. These are very strong locks.
Do not loose the key.https://www.provenlocks.com/products/model-2178-b
And this will be used while towing-

$75 for the Outland fire pit sounds like an incredible bargain!
We have one of these, and we really like it. In addition to the virtues that @Patriot listed, we like that the propane fire pit connects to Ollie's propane quick connect (adaptor cable needed), that unlike a wood fire it does not blow smoke in our faces (Susan really likes this!), and it is quick and easy to shut off, without needed to douse the fire with water. Our last trip before purchasing the Outland fire bowl was boondocking on BLM land near Moab. We had a nice wood fire, but water is a precious commodity to use for putting out a fire!
David it was Actually $80 with tax. Sorry my math error.

During a recent holiday sale we ordered this Outlander fire bowl for $75.00 off Amazon. It has a lot of great reviews and could come in handy during a wood fire ban at a campground. It arrived in perfect condition and fired up nicely and has a carry handle. It packs up nice and is fairly light but well built. Nothing beats a beautiful wood campfire, but in a pinch this sure beats looking at the ground or not having a fire at all. Based on how easy it lights, packs up and stores I would buy it again. Hope this helps anyone considering a propane fire pit.
Happy Camping!

Just another possibility.
Not a bicycle rack for the back receiver hitch of an Ollie, but one I configured for our Tundra bed. Just an alternative thought here. This set up works great and keeps our bicycles secure, out of sight, and most of all clean. It has kept the bikes secured in location with no issues. The Aluminum plate is mounted to a rubber horse stall mat. (Tractor supply). Hope this might help someone wanting to carry bikes in your pickup bed rather than the back of the Ollie. Our Tundra has an ARE Z series topper.

David and Kathy, congrats on your order! Timing is good since there are always a lot of “experts” at the rally. You’ll have questions and there will be plenty of answers and help. See you there. Mike

Greetings again from Western North Carolina!
After taking the factory tour on Jan 21, we placed our order with Anita yesterday afternoon for a March 12 build date with a May 12 delivery date. After placing our order we went ahead and booked our camp site at Guntersville State Park for the May Oliver Rally. We are excited about meeting our new extended Oliver family at the rally, learning as much as we can and most of all fostering new friendships. Thanks to everyone on this forum for the knowledge you share.
A special thanks to Topgun aka Bill for just taking his time to show us his Oliver aka “Twist” and all his help getting us started on this next chapter in life. Bill you really did a great job showing us your Ollie.
We really look forward to delivery day and the Oliver Rally and especially meeting everyone and learning as much as we can. Yes we know delivery day will be like drinking water from a fire hose, surely we’ll get through it. 😂 We feel very confident the Oliver folks will take good care of us.Kind Regards & Happy Camping!

I talked with Jason (Oliver service mgr.) yesterday and he has spoken to Maxxfan on our fan that will not operate properly. They suggested that I check in 12v voltage to he fan and make sure it is receiving between 13.7 and 10.9 volts and that there is no voltage drop when the fan goes into lockup mode and can not be controlled again till I remove the 7.5 fuse and reinsert it. I preformed the test on the fan three times and all with the same results, 13.5 voltage and no voltage drop when the fan goes into lockup mode. Do note here that the fan will lockup as soon as it turn on with the remote and and only removing the fuse will clear the fan to start again and then it will only run to a few seconds and then lockup. MaxxAir has told Jason to send another fan board and remote a see if this will fix the problem, it will be the second set as the first set did not take care of the problem, fan still locks up as it did before. There is not much other to replace in the fan other then the motor and MaxxAir said this would probably not be the problem, so we will see if these new parts take care of the problem. I asked for a new fan kit, but Jason said that they couldn't do that, or MaxxAir would have to make the decision on that. I will say here that I'm pretty mechanical minded and this is about as simple as things can go as far as replacing parts, it's plug and play. Will see what happens when the new parts are replaced.
trainman
Trainman,
Did you get this issue resolved? Did the new parts work? Any updates? I had the exact same problem with a Max Air fan on a smaller camper. Ours shut down and beeped a few times waking us up out of a deep sleep. The dealer replaced the board and it fixed the problem. Hopefully yours will get resolved as well.

I have a Tundra and have towed our Oliver roughly 5,000 miles including time in the mountains of CO & UT. I travel with the water tank full and carry a generator, gas can, water cans and a large cooler in the back of the truck. I don't use a weight distribution hitch and have had absolutely no problems what so ever. The truck doesn't get good mileage (12 towing - 15-16 not towing) but I would probably only replace the Tundra with another one.
PM sent. We own a Tundra Crew Max and have a few Tundra TV questions. Thank you.

It also appears that the standard hot water propane/electric hot water heater is easier to have serviced opposed to searching for a Truma dealer/technician should a problem arise. All interesting comments, thoughts and feedback very much appreciated. Thank you.
