Zodd
Ok, yes it is electric so comes with those concerns. But I have loved this thing since way back so was excited to hear they were going to be making them again. The details and prototype is out and so for I am intrigued. An onboard gas generator for recharging to extended range to 500 miles is interesting (to early to know what that means for towing). Still years away from production so we will see. Steve Morris
They seem to have forgotten to put any reference on the web site that it’s a Volkswagen sub-brand. 🤷♂️ ----- Steve - Northern Ohio, USA Wandering around on occasion, always lost. 2021 Toyota Land Cruiser - 2023 Oliver Elite II Twin Hull #1360 “Curiosity” Facebook - Instagram Camped in Curiosity = Green —— Visited with Curiosity = Gray
Jason Foster
This is cool in an academic sort of way, but I am a bit old school when it comes to my vehicles. I will likely be one of the few holdouts of the century who will still prefer diesel. 1 2014 Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel 4X4 Truck 2024 Oliver Legacy Elite II Hull 1460
jd1923
When the auto industry brings back a retired name it’s never the same. Case in point is Bronco, Camaro, Charger, even the Chrysler 300! Buy or restore a real Scout if you can afford one! (Pictures contrasting the 1960 Chrysler 300F vs. the 2000 Chrysler 300m.)
