  1. If you have the Isotherm Cruise 130, it draws an average of 400 watts per day, or 16.7 watts per hour, if what I have read is correct. Your 260AH batteries have 3,120 watt in them which will run this fridge for 7.8 days from 100% charge to 0%. Of course they would shut off before that to protect themselves. Your 240 watts of solar should produce 900 to 1500 watt-hours per day assuming it is sunny, and they are clean, which should allow you to run this fridge indefinitely by itself. You should probably look at other electrical items you are using.
  2. Certainly. Pull forward on light housing: Ignore bulb and remove electrical connection at back:
  3. I have the Elite II and have tire pressure/temp monitors installed. I have yet to remove a tire but I don't think it will be an issue since the stabilizer jacks will comeplete lift the tires off of the ground.
  4. My inverter automatically turns off when not in use but because of old habits, I just turn it on when I need it and shut it off as soon as I am done.
  5. I was visiting my parents for almost a week and didn't have the trailer hooked up the entire time because their electrical line was messed up. We were somewhat conservative and managed to get back to the house with about a 30% charge. We had the fridge running the entire time, used an electric water pot for coffee, periodically used the microwave, used the Maxxair fan on multiple settings, used the gas heater every night and had the lights on for hours. I should clarify that we have the 390 ah Lithium package with 400 watts of solar, though the latter was rarely used because it rained the entire time.
  6. I doubt very seriously it will ever be a problem but better safe than a statistic.
  7. Yes but I'm afraid I might cry myself to death afterwards.
  8. BMW makes some of the best bikes you can buy. If I were to get one, it would be the 900 GS Adventure.
  9. He's not kidding. They are thick, heavy rubber. The bullet would likely just knock them on the ground will little damage. If they were braced, an hp supersonic FMJ might go through.
  10. I was informed at Oliver that the aluminum bubble radiant barrier that completely wraps around the interior wall acts as a faraday cage so no need to run to the truck. However, a tree falling on the trailer will take care of all of our worries.
  11. My fridge uses very little power and barely touches the batteries.
  12. We moved to a smaller home with much less land, 2 vehicles and no toys. In our opinion, less is more. More time, more camping and more exercise in the proper way, so waxing a trailer is just one of the ten things I must do this year. I have a diesel zero turn that knocks out the yard in 30 minutes, weed eating is down to 15, and the steaks are ready in 9 on the Blackstone. Personally, I would never spend $3000 to have my trailer polished just because I didn't want to do the work. Much better to grease the elbows and leave that money invested.
  13. Sorry, I was out of pocket. I love stuff like this. Looking good.
  14. Well said, HDRider. While I am not too concerned about the change, I can certainly understand the problem if the closest service center is Hohenwald. I also wonder what they are going to do with all of their technicians.
  15. I've been out of pocket for about a week while moving into a new home so just now catching up. It seems that change is hard for a lot of people. I can understand that. However, one thing hasn't changed. Oliver still builds great trailers. They have legendary quality and service. I don't see that changing. So, the service department in Hohenwald is shuttering for minor repairs. Does that change the quality of the trailer we own? Or does it just take away a fringe benefit? As I understand it, they will still take service calls and will handle major repairs but are handing off the minor repairs to local service centers. This really isn't any different than what I have already experienced. I have had a few problems since taking delivery, and it was handled this way without issue. I think we trust OTT to remain the legend it has always been.
  16. I was just going to suggest removing the truck bed but kept reading and saw that you already did it. Now, while the bed is off, repaint the frame, check your shocks, brake lines and fuel lines. Now is the time to fix them.
