John Dorrer Posted March 2 Posted March 2 I had and issue with our Inverter back in October. Jason was at the Texas Rally and came to a couple conclusions While at the Mothership, they determined it was the inverter breaker. They didn't have a replacement anywhere. Since we would be plugged in, I told them I would order one when we got home. Today I checked my Lithonics App and batteries were 100%. When I checkedt Xantrex phone app it said 25% SOC. When I looked at the Xantrex Remote the green light wasn't on showing we were connected to shore power. I went under the bed and the inverter breaker wasn't tripped. I tripped it and re-set it. Still no lights on the remote. I pushed the top button the remote and the 20 error code came up. How do I resolve the 20 error code? It is still blinking. The [20] error code on the inverter usually means low battery voltage shutdown, such as when an AC appliance draws more current than the inverter can supply at the time. This only occurs when you have no shore power, and are using the inverter to run a 120V AC appliance. I recommend you try turning your Lithionics batteries off, waiting 10 seconds, then turning them back on. Then ensure that the on/off button on the body of the inverter is out (off), and that the on/off button on the remote is in (on). [This is the "normal" mode for the Xantrex inverter--main body switch off, which enables the remote to control the inverter functions instead of the main body]. This has enabled my Xantrex Freedom XC Pro 3000 inverter to reset, making the [20] code disappear. 2 Hull #1291 Central Idaho 2022 Elite II Tow Vehicle: 2019 Tundra Double Cab 4x4, 5.7L with tow package

It re-set itself on the drive today, so I'm not going to touch things until I get home and order the replacement inverter breaker. 2 John & Susan Dorrer, 2013 F250, 6.2 gasser, 4x4, 2022 Legacy Elite 2, twin beds, Hull #1045, Jolli Olli -
Rolind Posted March 4 Posted March 4 I’m not sure our situations are similar but offer the following. I believe an error code 20 indicates loss of communication between the converter/inverter and the remote display. We were getting an error 20 code whenever our batteries were significantly discharged and we then plugged into shore power. We concurrently experienced a cyclical shutdown of the xantrex cooling fan, and when the cooling fan was shutdown, usually for only 10 seconds or so, the charging current to the batteries would decrease dramatically . I was unable to link my phone to the remote when it indicated an error 20. Once the batteries were fully charged, I could clear the error 20 code but restarting the inverter and the remote and I think I also restarted the batteries as Rivernerd suggested above. Unfortunately the code would occur the next time the batteries were charging on shore power after being discharged. After multiple calls to xantrex support which was not very helpful, I finally updated firmware to the converter/inverter, the remote and also the communication firmware and have never had another issue. There are detailed firmware update instructions on the xantrex support page and also some less detailed instructions on an Oliver support page. There is at least one other thread on Oliver Owners Forum re error 20. The firmware updates are easy but have very specific steps and file names. I hope this helps and good luck with your problem. 2 Robert and Cheryl, Louisville, KY, Legacy Elite II Hull #1390 Oliphino, TV F250 Tremor

That is my understanding, as well. Unfortunately my remote is not the bluetooth model and failed efforts to restore communication manually leaves it useless for the On/Off function. I resort to leaving the inverter button in the On position full time without further issue.
