We are thinking of the rally, but we don't know what our plans are yet.

The last 2+ years we have researched travel trailers. We placed a deposit and will be picking up our Elite II twin bed trailer April 2, 2019. We are first time RV'ers, so everything is new to us. This forum, Facebook, and Oliver have been great sources of information. Thank you everyone for sharing. We look forward to meeting y'all face to face and getting to know you from the forum. Our kids are grown and out of the nest. We have an 11 month old German Shepherd puppy. 65 pounds are so. Puppy, but big. We expect to travel with her. We know that will limit us, but she's part of the family. We plan on short trips at first and then longer trips to see the USA and Canada. Lots to see. We are looking forward to new experiences. We expect to learn a lot about the Oliver trailer, RV'ing, and enjoying our adventures and misadventures. We've already got our TV, a 2018 Ford 250 Diesel. Thanks for the checklists: supply, maintenance, and trip records. Great help. We are picking our interior options. We have two favorites and if anyone has these options, can you post pictures? Thanks in advance for any feedback. Options we are considering: 1. Fiber-Granite: paradise beach, flooring: sea grass, and Naugahyde seat: brown or 2. Fiber-Granite: tahoe, flooring: dark grey, and Naugahyde: Grey Bruce & Vas

Jason, how is this being resolved in the 2019’s?

Will Oliver install mud flaps?

Do the propane tanks leave a rust stain?

It would be nice if they would make the bumper deeper.

I like your choices. What did you pick for flooring, counter, and Upholstrey?

Has the quality improved? new owners, are you happy with the quality?

Can the Anderson hitch be added later?

I have a 2018 Ford F-250 diesel. Do you think it’s worth getting the Anderson? Is it any safer? is it a pain to use?

The twin bed riser would give more storage space. One concern we have is whether a person could sit on the bed comfortably. Would their legs reach the floor? If you have the twin bed riser, do you like it?

Thanks for the input. If we get a trailer, we'll cover the trailer. I can get awning material and build a shade cover that I put on when the trailer is parked. http://www.outdoortextiles.com/polytex-150-rust-shade-mesh-fabric.html I would use the house on one side. On the other side, 2 or 3" PVC pipe set in coffee cans, pipe and cans filled with concrete.

I didn't know there was an option. What model Atwood is it? Is the Atwood furnace quieter?

My garage is big enough. Unfortunately, when I built the house, I didn't make the door big enough. I'd have to change the roof to get it in. I'm thinking of having an awning installed on the side of my house. I could park a trailer under it and open up the awning then and when I leave, retract it. That would give me easy access, but $$'s.

Thanks about calmark. I sent them an email. They make a custom cover for the elite II. Does anybody store their trailer outside with a cover?
