So sorry for the loss but happy there was a good ending.

I think I hit the perfect storm. Drawing the batteries down by running the AC off the inverter and then plugging the trailer onto 30amp to recharge the batteries, all in 85°+ heat. The inverter was hot and the fan was constantly running, tripped the breaker. All seems to be back to normal.

Is there an advantage to lowering the Xantrex Freedom 3000 charge current from 150 down to 100?

I brought the trailer home to prep for our trip. I decided to run the Dometic AC off the inverter to draw the batteries down to 45-50% per Lithonics, and I wanted to see how long I could run the AC With the batteries around 45%, I shut the AC off, turned off the remote inverter I plugged into 30amp and when I went back into the trailer 5 minutes later I noticed the green light at the top right of the remote wasn't on. The microwave light is on. The inverter fan has been cycling on and off and I noticed the screen on the inverter under the street side was on, which it shouldn't be on. The remote was flashing a 20 error code. Need help. Thanks

I use the Flush King and connect it to a short Camco hose in the bumper. I connect a hose to the connection on the left. The green thing is a "Save a drop" counter so I don't over fill. I dump each tank first. Empty the black and then the gray. I close the gray tank and reopen the black, turn the water on and watch the counter. There is a knob to turn off the water. Empty and repeat with the gray tank. I still like to use the black flush. Tank Kleen did our tanks at the Rally. The black tank was spotless, but the gray tank was bad. I use their Pine-Sol bath beads solution that Tank Kleen recommends, and add 3 gallons of water into the floor drain and 3 gallons into the toilet so it sloshes around while driving. If boondocking or extended camping I will limit adding water.

At the Rally I won this clear plastic that connects to a short hose and the connector to the flange on the bumper. It has a hose connection and a counter so I don't over fill the tank. I can do both tanks from the rear. I still like the back flush connection for the black tank. I don't have it handy at the moment. It has a handle to keep water filling the tank from emptying, and once full, I turn off the water at the unit and empty. I then close that tank and open the other and repeat.

Never thought about the stink pipe. Make sure you use plastic razor blades to cut the sealant. Don't ask me why🙃. Instead of caulk I used a "U" shaped silicone strip around the panel. Screwed back in and replaced the caps over the screws. Either Oliver forgot to install 2 bolts through the flat plate to hold the propane housing to the trailer or it came loose. I didn't find the nut under the sink..

Doubt it is a black tank issue. Gray tank yes. We had our tanks cleaned at the Rally and use a Pine-Sol mix. We always use the black tank flush after emptying and flush out the gray as well.

What other bolts need to be torqued? Wet Bolts?? How many of those and what else?🙃

Nice. I will talk to you when we are together to discuss the torquing. I'm a bit confused looking at the drawing. I'm sure when it gets explained to us by Alcan it will make sense.

I'm going to play with that when I bring the trailer home and fill it.

Torchy's is an annual meal with my sister and brother-in-law when we are in Dallas. To our surprise we have one 10 minutes from the house.

You need to purchase Valve Lubricant from Thetford. After emptying your tanks and before travel pour some in the toilet, kitchen sink, and shower drain. The sink and toilet will drain to the gray and black tanks and lubricated the valves which are at back end of the tanks. The shower drain will drain to the back flush blade valve, but make sure the handle in the bathroom is pushed on.

Confirmed by Oliver, the Girard Awning wind sensor is hard wired, so at least from 2022 to present. Not sure when Oliver switched to Girard.

The newer models are hard wired. I believe our 2022 Girard sensor is hardwired as wires go from the sensor to the Oliver. There are no screws or battery compartment.

If I ever decided to remove it, I would consider installing the 1/2" rain gutter the entire length and as close to the awning so it didn't stick out and look unsightly. That way the area would be open and easy to clean, and keep most of the rain out.

Yep. I get home and spray all along there. Then follow up with mop and soap. I would never consider removing it. To each his own🙃
