  1. Exactly. She did say registering wasn't required. I had to get Oliver to send me a signed letter that our Oliver was a 2022 and we picked it up in March 2022.
  2. Sea Dog is right. We had an issue with our Norcold. We contacted a Norcold approved mobile RV company when we were in Texas. We also called Norcold and discovered that Oliver had not registered our fridge. We registered it over the phone The part that was bad was the AC heating element. It was replaced and everything worked fine for the first two trips. On the way home from the Rally the temps on AC went from 35°/2° to 44°/24° in less than 2 hours. Switched to LP. On our recent trip every 48 hours temps went through the roof Dropped it off for a week but they couldn't get to it. Call Norcold to register the fridge and find a Norcold approved RV place, www.norcold.com
  3. I missed the presentation due to doing an owner video. I guess a call to Matt would be a good idea. I did what you did, before the rewards program started and was told I couldn't claim it.
  4. It is important to notify Oliver and start a ticket. They can walk you through what needs to be done. support@olivertraveltrailers.com You will get an immediate return e-mail with your ticket number. Within a short time I usually get a phone call. Good Luck. Please share the outcome.
  5. Steve, I just check the rules in the rewards brochure. It says that to be eligible the showing has to be arranged by Oliver and both parties must confirm with Oliver. I did what you did, thinking that would be my second showing, no luck. Here are the rules, in case you don't have them.
  6. Steve, I assume the showing was scheduled by Oliver. It has to be to get credit. Mine took awhile before I received the Debit Card.
  7. Great National Monument and great campground. Amazing hikes.
  8. Glad that Ruth got this corrected. Thank you for your patience. Still not sure what happened😊
  9. It has to do with state insurance laws. In Indiana my truck camper and now our Oliver E2 are insured by USAA.
  10. What is the name that you would have used to join? I fixed 2 others, and we can't figure how this happened. I will get to the bottom of it quickly.
  11. Weird, I will check this out. We had a couple others that turned up at the. Rally and fixed. It is very strange
  12. We have had the Garmin-Inreach Explorer for about 8 years. It is peace of mind. You never know when you might need it. In the winter we stop the plan and start back up before our first trip in late February.
  13. Thanks. I will make use of it and will let you know when we will out there.👍
  14. Hull #1045, 2022 E2, In March temps weren't holding when plugged into shore power and the fridge on AC. It would be fine in the early morning around 34°/1°, but by 5pm+/- was at 42°/20°+/-. 3 straight days. Switched to LP and by 3am temps were back to 34°\1°, so I switched back to AC. I contacted Norcold. I then contacted a mobile RV guy that was approved by Norcold. He came by and tested the fridge and found the AC heating element was bad. We had to wait until we got home, and it was set up locally for replacement. We have had several trips with no problems. On the way home from the Rally the fridge was at 34°/1° when we left Lake Guntersville, ran on DC for 5 hour trip (lithiums were at 96%. Switched to AC when plugged in and the temps started going up. Got home Tuesday and plugged in. Temps in fridge have been around 33°/1° from Tuesday PM until Saturday afternoon. Outside temps were a low of 45° overnight and 75°+/- during the day. This morning fridge was 31°/1° and by 1pm 38°/20°. Maybe a dozen water bottles in the fridge and a couple in the freezer. We leave Friday so I just turned it off to defrost until Wednesday. I can always switch to DC when on shore power or just use LP. Any ideas what might be happening? Thanks
  15. Need to check that. I thought I was since I have posted.
  16. How do I like a post? If I click on the like button, it displays all those that liked the post but doesn't allow me to like a post. What am I missing? Thanks.
  17. Thank You. That is very helpful.
  18. Craig, We are planning a trip to Washington and Oregon in 2024. Cape Disappointment SP, Deception Pass SP, Fort Stevens SP (OR), as well as Washington's 3 National Parks, and Crater Lake NP. What is the best time to visit the PNW, say between July and September, the least crowded? Any help would be greatly appreciated I went to Oliver Facebook to look for your blog and it was gone, and you were gone also🙃. Guess I will need to spend more time on the Forum.
  19. Thank You. I will be ready to fix this once the parts get here from Oliver. Surprised they didn't use Threadlocker Blue. Thinking about adding a second nut.

  21. Not real savy navigating on the Forum. I noticed one of the bolts holding the propane housing to the trailer was missing. Don't know whether it was installed properly or not. Oliver is sending a washer, locking washer, bolt, and nut, along with another plate. Frank C did a great mod, but I won't do the entire mod, only using the silicone edge seal instead of re-caulking. I also have Threadlocker Blue to apply to both bolts. Any advise or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Hull #1045, 2022, E-2 John Dorrer
  22. I have to remove this because one of the bolts holding the propane housing to the trailer came off or was never installed properly. I have to access this area to install the washer, locking washer, and nut on the backside. Also, I want to check the duct work as we get little hot air. Oliver said it was due to the distance from furnace to the bathroom vent. There is some merit to that. Did you cut any of the duct off? I purchased the silicone edge stripping to use instead of re-caulking. Will that keep the seal watertight? Appreciate any feedback.
