Yes I wasn’t at that rally but Kleen Tanks has some really good videos on their web site

We had ours done at the Rally. No more smell from the gray tank😊

We use the Calgon beads/Pinesol mixture every other full tank - seems to keep the gate valves lubed nicely....  Doesn't smell bad, either.

I’m on the ‘Happy Camper’ train, never an odor issue! Add as recommended following each dump cycle to both holding tanks, as well as a drain valve lubricant a couple times a year.
