  1. I take it into Hohenwald and get the entire service/maintenance package done. I did take the allen screw out and removed the lever to see if calcification had occurred or if something else was blocking the lever from being pulled forward. Couldn’t really find anything. Just have to do without the kitchen sink this trip. I also did submit a service ticket. Thank you for your reply!
  2. Thank you for your reply. I was able to screw the female adapter onto the T connection on the water heater and had enough pex on the other side to connect it. So far it is working. Luckily Ace Hardware had everything I needed. I still can’t figure out the faucet in the kitchen area. It is weird both things going wrong on this trip especially since I had it serviced like two months ago. But I know things happen.
  3. I am Boondocking. When I turned the pump on for water, the red pex outlet pipe broke away from the connection to the hot water heater. I have attached a picture of that and attached what I bought to fix it. Was hoping someone could let me know if I am on the right track.
  4. The lever on my kitchen faucet will move from side to side, but I cannot pull the lever towards the sink to allow water flow. I don’t want to force it. It worked when I winterized IMG_2389.mov the camper two months ago and I just had the camper serviced. But the kitchen faucet lever seems to be locked and will not come forward.
  5. Thank you. I have a 2021 Hull number 876. I will add that to my profile. Thank you! There is no cell service here so I had to come to an area with Wifi. I will go back and take a look at that. Thank you for the suggestion!
  6. Hello. Just a quick question for anybody. I am camping at Cades Cove in Tennessee. There are no hookups here. My freshwater tank is full and I am in the normal valve configuration. I turned the pump on to pressurize the system and there is a faint clicking noise, but doesn’t sound like it usually does. There is a slight flow of water when I turn on a faucet, but definitely a lot less than usual.I have checked the breakers and fuses. I thought maybe I need to manually prime the pump but of course I don’t think I have the right tools to do that. Any suggestions. Thank you so much!
  7. Thank you, jd1923, I appreciate the additional input and will definitely be following through. I’m just relieved I didn’t mess something up.😀
  8. Thank you both! Great information. I am at a full service site now so both tanks will get a good cleaning. I appreciate your responses.
  9. I added a valve in the bumper so I could keep my drain hoses connected and not have anything leak into the bumper area when done emptying. Well, I forgot I did that. And did not open the valve in the bumper. And when I went to empty my black tank first it went from 50% to 10% full. Then I went to empty my gray tank and noticed it wasn’t emptying. That’s when I realized my mistake in not opening the valve in the bumper. So I shut both valves, opened the valve in the bumper, then opened the black drain valve. The black tank went down to 5%. Then I shut the black tank valve and opened the gray tank valve and it worked as it should and went down to about 40%. What I am afraid of now is that my black water backed up into my gray water tank when I had the valve in the bumper closed. Hopefully I explained this well enough. Does anybody have any thoughts?
  10. Was following the video to winterize my Elite II. Followed all the steps, drained water tanks, turned off the gas, turned off water heater, adjusted by-pass valve, set the ball valves for winterization mode, cleared water out of faucets, everything up to attaching the hose to the inlet to pull in the antifreeze. I turned on the water pump and turned on the cold water in the kitchen sink. The hose pulled some of the antifreeze out of the container then no more movement. Some water was spurting out of the faucet but that was it. I finally turned off the pump because I didn't want to ruin it. Not sure what I am doing wrong but I am sure it was something I overlooked. How should the ball valve be oriented on the fresh water tank? Does it have anything to do with winterizing? Should there be a water source? I feel dumb for asking, it seemed pretty simple on the video. Any help is appreciated. Last thing, after winterizing I was planning on leaving the camper plugged. Should I turn off the inverter. I am planning on leaving the batteries (lithium) in the compartment in the camper and not doing anything with them. I live in North Alabama, temps dip to 19 or 20 degrees some nights. My camper is stored in a garage. Just adding that info in case it is helpful. Thanks for any assistance--Happy New Year!
  11. Hello,

I know this is posted somewhere but can you remind me how to post the US Map as part of the signature. I saw the post some time ago and can't find it again.  😀

    Thank you,

    Lori

  12. Thanks to everyone. I really appreciate you all taking the time to help me! I have pushed the power button on the wall unit in the cabin and the power button on the inverter itself. I am going to plug something into the inverter itself to check that. Although I don’t have high hopes for that as there has been nothing on the display screen on the inverter. I will also check the voltage when I get back to my campsite. I hope you all are having a nice weekend!
  13. Inverter still not working. I have pushed the power button on the inverter, flipped the breaker, reset the GCFI plug, and the lithium batteries are charged to over 80%. I will look for the inline breaker as well. Also what should the battery voltage threshold be? Thank you for all the feedback!! Had the camper less than two months. I guess I will call service department tomorrow.
  14. Hello. I have been researching the forum and I am sorry to ask a probably not so smart question and one that’s been answered but I have no power to my outlets. I have the inverter and solar package and I am not plugged into shore power. I have no Internet at my site so I was hoping to get a quick answer for troubleshooting so that I can fix it when I get back to the campsite. This is our first time boondocking so I am sure I am missing a simple step that was already explained in the delivery walk-through, but….Any answers or links to previous posts or info would be appreciated.
  15. Thanks so much for the reply. I appreciate the assistance and the link regarding the longer hoses. Take care!
