Looks like you may have run over something.  The dent on the bearing cap and the wheel chip align.

I believe it is. The tire is still well planted on the bead of the wheel. That lip edge is superficial. You’re going to want to source a like wheel and center cap soon, but you should be safe finishing your trip.
