Twin Bed Basement Hatch

Can someone with the twin bed optional basement access door tell me the size of the opening?

Also, am I correct to assume a potable water hose and pressure regulator come with the trailer?  Any other accessories?

Yes on the water hose and regulator.  You are also "given" a sewer hose.  In years past there was also a lug wrench.

Literally down the street from where you take delivery there is a Tractor Supply - good for getting a better "pin" that has a handle for the Andersen WDH (note the red handled pin on the whale tail in the photo below) - and a WalMart for all those other things that you either forgot or simply "need".

Your Ollie sales rep can provide you with the latest list of items you receive on delivery day. 
 

If you TV is a Ford F-350 as indicated in your signature, you won’t need the Andersen WDH set up or the pin. As Bill mentioned other things can be picked up as needed at TS.
I think there is a list of items provided here on the forum somewhere. Our sales rep provided this up to date list as we got closer to delivery date.

The hatch opening is 13 1/2 inches wide by 7 1/2 inches height in our 2019.
