I had to bring it to a dark bedroom for the picture. It's so shiny-new that anywhere else all you see is reflections (like the picture of the dual-burner @Ollie-Haus posted above).

I think she and you will love it in multiple applications. Very quick and responsive and a cinch to clean and stow.
